Custard responded very quickly to a request for help with laptop to various printers issues. Remotely taking over my laptop my problems were very quickly resolved thanks guys.

Fab customer service and communication
I had a defective laptop that is managed by Custard. From logging the issue to a complete resolution the communication was great. Even throughout the Covid pandemic, Sam stayed in touch and let me know what was going on and the timeframe for the issue to be resolved.
