Terrible customer service and quality of product. Do not use this company. I have been waiting over a month for part of my order. The part I have recieved is terrible quality and I cannot get in contact with the company in order to return I have been trying for a week with no reply. Will never use again and will be pursuing the matter further with relevant authorities if it is not resolved quickly .

I received the blue gray cushion covers today and am actually very pleased with the colour, which is beautiful, and the quality. I do think it should be made clear on the website that the shipping is from China and will take longer. However after being worried by the reviews here while I waited I was pleasantly surprised and am leaving a good review as the quality is very nice and they did arrive eventually (about a month after I ordered) Hope this helps any potential buyers decide.

Wish I had read these reviews before buying, the website had only positive reviews for an olive green velvet cushion but when it arrived the velvet was paper thin and the colour was nothing like on the website. I've emailed twice asking for a refund and have had no response. Reading other reviews it sounds like when I do hear from them it will be telling me to post them to China! Do not order from this site.

Wow if only I had read these reviews . Easy returns it says !!! had to post back to China At my expense , thought I was buying from the UK . Have opened a case though Paypal . Didnt want to give 1 star !!!

This company make out they are based in England and have a UK warehouse but they definitely do not. Parcel arrives from
Oversea and if you return the item you have to send it back to China costing as much as £65!
I have customs now Investigating and I have taken action against this fake company under the consumer credit law!

2.5 months for delivery. Customer service responded quickly when I complained about a month in to the wait for my order, but didn’t want to proceed with a refund until February - I ordered at the end of November. The options were a 50% refund or a return at my own expense. A horrible and stressful buying experience.

It seems from the other reviews this long delivery time is normal. When I asked them to understand that no customer wants to wait this long they told me they were working with me by “hoping the delivery moves along soon”. They really need to improve their logistics. I don’t know how they are still in business with a delivery model like this.

TERRIBLE- BIG FAT FAKE SCAM - £17 OF MY MONEY I WILL NEVER SEE. Cushions I ordered don't even exist on the website anymore and my confirmation email and shipping email have disappeared from my inbox!!! I am outraged.

Received a cushion yesterday and asked to return due to it being of poor quality and not as described, I received an email today, 29th January having received the item on 27th January I have to pay for return postage and if I do not return it by 1st February I cannot get a refund, what happened to the 14 day policy??? Be very careful of this company the quality is very poor and as for the return policy....well

This company is doing all in its power to hang onto my money and refusing to authorise a refund. Facebook and instagram pages seem bogus as no comments or reviews.
No meeting me half way and offering credit note or exchange, EVEN though I should receive a full refund! For one accepted refund this lady (Joy) gave me two seperate Chinese addresses that will cost more to return items than the value paid for them. She states that she is an American company but digging on her website and you find no real information. No stipulation of where company is based. Two uk addresses linked to the company. No registration details on website. The packages received had a UK return address. The website is user unfriendly and covered in fine print but does not state that single order returns, may be split into multiple returns addresses to suppliers at huge cost. A) I am entitled to return an item that is poor quality and colour not as depicted online. B) I should not have to return items to third party suppliers as I was under the impression this is an American company as stated by Joy. How can a single order be split into multiple return addresses!
C) user unfriendly website that is fine print and full of realms of garble.
D) Waited forever for delivery (4 weeks on some) and yet you give only a 2 week return policy; worth nothing as company cleverly makes it too expensive to return.
Avoid this company which seems to dump cheap items from China onto buyers and then make it impossible to return. SCAM.

Scam! I’ve never received my bed throw!

Oh god, I ordered two square cushion covers and received a single weird rectangle piece of material. £20 I’ll never get back.

Cushion cover store owes me £45.96 for: an item which was never delivered and 3 unsuitable items, returned due to poor quality.
After numerous emails to them, for which I received automated responses, nothing and this has been since October 2018.

Please return MY money.

Definitely a scam website. Products look good but quality is not fit for purpose. I returned my order, value £84. I was offered a partial refund eventually, which I declined. After that my e-mails were ignored. This company trade under different names (cushy.com as well as cushioncoverstore.com) The only way possible to get my money returned was to open a dispute via PayPal. Never again will I purchase from an unfamiliar website without checking them out first.

***UPDATE.....GUESS WHAT TURNED UP TODAY! The cushions have actually arrived.... (no warning of shipment or delivery date, left by my bin) however they are not grey and copper, the copper parts are yellow. Therefore are unusable because they do not go with my decor. Only thing I can think is to try and get some sort of fabric paint and go over the lines....The fact of the matter is they are not the same as the pictures shown, I would still avoid this place at all costs***

The website doesn't seem to exist anymore, I placed an order on 26th June for 60 pounds, got my confirmation email....then nothing... went to track order today and the website won't load, doesn't exist anymore through Google search. Gone. Im absolutely devastated. 60 pounds is a lot of money for me as im just starting out in a new house and im so upset with what's happened. Not a nice feeling knowing you have been scammed. I hope to god this website is not active anymore and they have been caught! Would hate for it to happen to others. I will in future be very cautious as to where I buy my products now.

Good website and ordered expecting a quality item from a UK company.
Had regrets when i could see it shipped from China and poor quality item arrived - looking absolutely nothing like that on the website.
Would never buy from here again - Hoylake is, as far as i recall, in the UK, No mention of cheap imports in the blurb about the company.
Very poor show and could in no way be recommended.

Every review seems to tell the same story. Order placed. No, part or damaged item arrives. Delays are put down to Royal Mail and any refund promised never materialises. I placed an order back in November. 3 items arrived and 2 never made it. Neither did the refund. It’s a shocking, scamming practice and the sad thing is, I don’t know how to stop others falling for it. We all only realise once we google reviews.....all a bit too late.

Hopefully karma will get these people, I just hope it doesn’t take as long as these non-existent deliveries do, to arrive.

I echo all the other reviews about this dreadful company... if it even exists. I ordered a seemingly gorgeous elephant, embroidered cushion for a much loved little granddaughter for Christmas. I ordered it beginning of december, its now March and still n o sign of the thing. dozens of e mails, all answered with meaningless cliches. even been told they have contacted the post office. I've threateened to sue, but to be honest, really cant find the energy for an obvious wild goose chase. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS >>>very fed up and they;ve still got my money and the damn cushion!

Please please please!!!! Dont order from this company. I have sent dozens of emails to a (none existant customer service's), but to no avail. I Placed my order in january and i am still waiting. They have no phone number, land line or mobile, which flags up scam anyway!!!!. I wish that I had read the reviews before I placed my order, I normally do, but eh oh I unfortunately didn't this time. They are not getting away with it I have there address and even though they are about a 90min drive from where I live, I am going to pay them a visit next week. I don't like to be treated like a fool. Watch this space!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

It has been 6 week since I have placed an order and still waiting. After requesting refund the seller stopped replying to my e-mails. I've opened dispute with PayPal.
