You know when you're looking to buy a property and you find one, put an offer in and then everyone and your mum goes 'oh, now you've got to deal with solicitors and that's a nightmare! That's when it gets really hard!'?

Yeah... that didn't happen for us. Harpreet and the Cunningtons team were a literal dream. Everything went as smooth as possible. They didn't waste time (and therein our money) by fighting clauses we definitely wouldn't win. Advice was sound and professional but also fundamentally human.

I would recommend - and there is a referral discount so it's a shame you don't know me personally - but honestly worth every penny.
