Having received my cruise documents from Cruise2, I wanted to tweak one or two things, so sent an email to ask for these minor changes. Had a great reassuring experience booking an important holiday, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly experience that left you knowing that you were in good hands
I enquired online requesting a telephone call back I received a call from a lady named 'Betul'. Importantly it was immediately apparent that betul spoke excellent English (which is a necessity as it puts any anxiety and confusion aside). Betul enquired to confirm what we wanted then went on to clearly explain the process and clearly describe the holiday we were booking. Betul's knowledge of the holiday was fantastic, advice on flights, our locations, transfers and especially the cruise ship (confirmed previous sailings, upgrades, cabin location, package deals, etc). Our conversation was so friendly and open we discussed previous trips to Venice. This lady is a credit and made our booking enjoyable.

Jordan was amazing
We have booked a complex cruise to Alaska with Rockies mountaineers. There were so many details involved. It is 4 of us and two of us live in another country. To put it simply Jordan was amazing. Betul made our holiday happen we are doing Swiss Alps, Luxury all-inclusive Adriatic Voyage in May 2026 When enquiring we were told the Bernia Red Train was full but we could change the itinerary around so we are now doing Rome for 2 nights the Cruise then 3 nights Milan so thankyou Betul for doing this for us.
