As per a couple of other recent reviews we booked a cruise package with Cruise2. The communications were good until we had paid them. From then on we did not receive replies to emails, if we called we were promised call backs that didn’t happen. Cruise2 failed to book a crucial element of a holiday to Australia so we travelled to the other side of the world only to miss out on The Great Barrier Reef! We called and emailed numerous times to say this part of the trip hadn’t been booked and were constantly told it would be sorted out tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow until the night before we were told to book it ourselves and they would refund. The trip was full at that point so we couldn’t go. I could have cried. Since then the refund has been promised so far 6 times within 48 hours but 20 days later it still hasn’t happened and they still don’t answer emails or calls.
So disappointed, they have marred the holiday of a lifetime

Having spent 34 years in the forces it's safe to say that my wife and I have travelled extensively having been to 115 countries to date.
It has been some time since I used your company to book a holiday but have to say from the first moment I spoke to Zak Edmonds to the time we travelled back to the UK your staff have been nothing short of OUTSTANDING.
Every single transfer was spot on and we have never experienced such a good service where each and every time the designated driver contacted me in good time and put our minds at rest that we were in very good hands. The service you supply through Koi was first class.
Every time I had an issue your staff went the extra yard and could not have been more professional.
I would also like to commend the selection of hotels chosen throughout our holiday were top drawer and the 5 day taster cruise on Ovation of the Seas blew us away.
We are Saphire or higher on most cruise lines and because we get so looked after it is always difficult to start at the bottom with someone else if the status is not matched by the cruise line. We have experienced a sharp decline on the standard of entertainment across a number of cruise lines since COVID but the shows on this ship were easily West end standard.
I remember one instance when a member of your staff answered the phone as she was about to finish and not only did she resolve the issue she rang me back 30 mins later to tell me!
Being retired I will always shop around for the best deal but rarely have we had such an outstanding service.

Prior to calling Cruise2 I read all of the Trustpilot reviews. Most mentioned the excellent customer service given by Jordan so I was delighted when he answered our call. He helped and supported us through the booking process and we were confident in our decision. We are now looking forward to our cruise next year .

We moved our booking from another agent as Cruise 2 offered better pricing. They were very helpful finding flights before and after the cruise especially as one airline cancelled the flight booked. The Hotels selected by them were well located. We have now booked another cruise and will be using them as our agent

We booked a holiday to Japan with Cruise2 and they seemed very helpful. Unfortunately, that was the end of them helping us. We had 6 itinerary changes which impacted on our holiday, they were not interested and just referred us to NCL. We understand that itinerary changes happen but this was too many. However we accepted the changes and paid in full as requested. We asked for a reference number to book our seats on the plane. We then had difficulty booking our seat from Seoul to Istanbul. All our documentation showed the flights were with Turkish airlines. We contacted Cruise 2, their advice was to contact Turkish airlines. We contacted Turkish airlines and their advice was to contact Cruise2!! It was so frustrating. We eventually found out ourselves that the flight for that leg of the journey was with Asiana airlines. After many phonecalls and emails, we were informed that we could only book seats 48 hours before departure. It was a nightmare. The flight had no vegetarian option, so I was offered 3 plain bread rolls. I requested a cheese plate and eventually they managed to get me a small plate of cheese. The entertainment was of poor quality. There was very poor sound and the screen was barely visible. All this for a 12 hour flight was not acceptable. On return, we have contacted Cruise2. They have just passed our complaints on to Turkish airlines, who in turn have passed it on to Asiana. We got an apology. That is simply not good enough. Back to Cruise2 and they say they have done what they can. I have emailed them with no response and had to keep chasing with phonecalls. They have been awful. The irony is their email address is Cruise2 cares. Well I can tell you that they don't. If you want a trouble free holiday, my advice is do not use this company. They take your money but after that, you are very much in your own. Never again!!!

Pick ups from airport took us to the wrong hotel cost us 350euros to get to the correct hotel the company are refusing to reimburse us the full amount the second pick up didn't arrive again more taxi fares again no refund they seem to think we will give up they ruined our holiday as we wanted to see Pompeii but again no pick up

I have just returned from our cruise around Japan with NCL which was booked through your travel company.
I just wanted to thank all the staff who worked on our booking and made the holiday a great success. Everything ran smoothly, the hotel selections in both Seoul and Tokyo were in good locations. The private transfers were good, with a high standard of vehicle and driver. We did have a slight problem trying to confirm our last transfer from Tokyo out to Narita Airport, as the WhatsApp number we were given never gave us a response. But the night before the transfer, the company BB Japan did confirm the pick-up time on a different number.
We enjoyed the cruise and the itinerary, so please thank all the staff involved in our booking process and answering any queries we had.

Our holiday to Bali, Singapore and 4night cruise to Penang and Phuket, couldn’t have been better. We thoroughly enjoyed the countries visited and the adventure. The pick ups and transfers were excellent. Everything was perfectly organised by Cruise2. This is our third holiday with Cruise2 and I cannot fault the service/company for value for money and fantastic planning. We definitely will use Cruise2 again in the future.

Successfully booked my cruise vacation through through Jordan at Cruise2. Jordan was very helpful, very knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained the cruise ship layout the cabins available and the options. He also went through the flight options and helped us pick the most suitable. Confirmation email arrived the next morning. Cruise2 have been my go to travel agent because they offer some great itineraries and the staff are freindly and helpful. But on the last two Norwegian Cruises (NCL) that I booked through Cruise2 we experienced some significant problems. I think these were largely the fault of NCL. Following our last holiday, Cruise2 were able to negociate an NCL future cruise credit of $300 per person for the inconvenience that we suffered.
I have recently booked another cruise with Princess Cruises through Cruise2 and they took a sizeable deposit but I did not receive any confirmation of the cruise and the itinerary. After 5 days I emailed asking for the confirmation and have been told that I will receive it in 48 hours. Normally you woukd recieve confirmation within 48 hours of booking, even the same day. So waiting 7 days is poor.
