Never thought booking a cruise(when you have never done it before) could be so easy. Thanks to the amazing Rebecca. So knowledgeable, so helpful to firsttime novices.I am so reassured now about this wonderful trip she has found for us. She knew exactly what we wanted and on top of that found a top of the range deal to suit our budget. So grateful, thanks for all your hard work.

I came across Crui.se by accident when following a link to a river cruise that I was interested in. I was a bit sceptical about it being genuine at first. I left my details and later on that day received a call from Carley. The cruise I was interested in didn't fly direct from Scotland but Carley said that she could look to see who did. She asked what my budget was, when I wanted to go & what kind of accommodation I wanted. She said that she would look to see what was available and email me some quotes. Very shortly after I received said quotes to browse. By the time I'd dithered about emailing some further questions to Carley the date I was thinking of had gone. Carley then looked & found different dates for the same cruise. It was actually cheaper & had more cabin choice. I went ahead and booked & saved myself £260 compared to booking directly with the cruise company. This will be our first river cruise & if it goes as smoothly as the booking process it will be great. Carley was friendly, informative and there was no hard sell. Would definitely use again if booking another cruise.

We phoned Rachel Peers with an enquiry about a River Cruise last Saturday. She was extremely friendly, informative and helpful and applied no pressure whatsoever. She agreed to call us back to discuss further on Monday (yesterday) and did so at the appointed time true to her word. My friend and I had been looking at Mekong cruises when I happened to spot a 'Captain's Offer' for APT on Google. The link too me through to Crui.se and to Carley who quickly provided more details of the offer. There was no hard sell or pushy follow up calls. I hadn't heard of Crui.se before but the reviews were very positive so we went for it! Never having cruised before, nor been to Cambodia or Vietnam, we had loads more queries which Carley dealt with promptly. The booking process was so straightforward, I was convinced there must be a catch. There wasn't! The trip was actually with Travelmarvel a subsidiary of APT but per Carley's assurances, they were excellent to travel with. Overall very positive experience with Crui.se

My partner and I decided to do a river cruise. We were recommended the River Douro with Riviera. I tried booking on line but felt I did not have enough information. I completed an enquiry on line and had a very prompt, informative reply from Carley including a link to a potential trip. We were happy and booked. What else can you ask?

I was wanting to book our first river cruise for my 50th birthday and came across the ideal one with Riviera. I did an online enquiry with Crui.se just to see if there were any benefits to booking through an agent rather than direct. Carley was really responsive and gave us a great quote for the cruise. In the process of booking, we had contact with both Rachel and Rebecca too - all three of them made the process so simple and made me feel like an individual. Their responses were genuine and personal, I would definitely book with them again.

My contact was Rachel who was very patient, courteous and friendly. She forwarded a lot of information and photos to assist in our decision. A very good experience.

We knew we wanted to go on our first river cruise to either the Danube or the Rhine probably with Avalon who had been recommended to us by 2 people. Elaine found Crui.se who were able to set out simply and very professionally comparisons with other companies which confirmed our choice of Avalon on the Danube. We booked the trip with Carley at Crui.se and our upgraded cabin was even upgraded again without charge. In the meantime another holiday caught our eye and we got a quote for that the next day.
