Auto provide certificate upon completion
Would like DBS certificate to be added to Credence 'attachment' section once completed.
Sometimes candidates forget to select to receive a copy of certificate in post or it gets lost and then have to go on a chase with Gov to get it which is time consuming.

It's difficult to gauge the costs…
It's difficult to gauge the costs because there can be other searches added on. We also have to do a lot of chasing with the applicant when additional information is needed which takes away time from our recruiters and for the costs, Credence should reach out to the applicants when there is missing or additional info needed.

New Ideas can be implemented to Speed up the process.
The positive is Credence portal is very easy to use and we get responses from the team on time. However, l truly understand the standard process of working but I believe credence can be more efficient or creative for conducting the verification or checks especially Employment Verification and Education verification from the university. Also, keep updating the case progress on time on the portal. It will help us to understand.

Only 'criticism' is that they rely on the client too much sometimes for candidate chasing when things are going slow but that is relatively minor.
