The report submitted on the available details was clear, however the time took more than expected, as well I found that the process was a bit complicated not as easy as was described.

Very slow and poor communication
I don’t want to judge the whole company but I had a very bad experience. Going through a background check for a job. So slow and unprofessional both doing the job and communicating with me. Asking all the information which I gave already again. If they are communicating with the referees the way they communicate with me, the process can take months.
