Panic called to make an appointment for tomorrow. Staff are friendly and helpful. Called back 30 min later as sorted a temp fix and they cancelled the appointment and refunded the deposit. Definitely will be bookmarked for future. Hands down better service than Halfords who have screwed my tyre in the first place.

At my darkest hour - stuck 185 miles from home, late on Friday 13th!! Creations came to my rescue. They were comfortably more than 1/3 of the price cheaper than the next two best quotes and kept me updated on their ETA.

Whilst others sought to take advantage of my situation, these guys were very professional & just wanted to help me get back on my way.

Avoid at all costs. Had a flat tyre puncture on the sidewall, called up and booked an appointment for 5pm to have the tyre changed. As I was at work. They quoted me £290, took a £100 deposit and told me that they would come fit the new tyre at 5pm that day. Come 5:30pm no show up so I call them back again to which they couldn’t find my booking and asked if I had paid £100 deposit, I said yes and they then said they will get the driver to give me a call on there eta. Come around 6pm no call back again to which I then call back again I was then told that the driver had technical difficulty and was going to be 45 mins from 6pm. Lo and behold the driver finally turned up at 8pm 3 hours behind. The driver then replaced to the tyre no issues there but it appeared to be a completely different company to creations tyre. After the tyre had been replaced I then had to bank transfer another £190 to some random personal account. I asked for a receipt and was told that was not possible furthermore the tyre I had received was not a midrange tyre but a budget tyre from china worth £60. The £100 deposit was clearly a finding fee. If you need a new tyre fast don’t bother with this company use someone else such as lodge tyre etc.

Overall a good service. It did take a little longer than the 45-60 mins advertised, but the tyre fitter was in touch and responsive and did a good job when they arrived. Charged exactly what was quoted.

I strongly advise against using this company. They charge £100, which they claim will be deducted from the cost of the tyre, but this fee is really just for locating a local repair service. After paying the £100, we were told help would arrive within 45-60 minutes for my husband, who had a blowout on the roadside. He ended up waiting over two hours.
We were initially quoted £320 for a new tyre, but the technician arrived with a part worn, leaving us with little or no choice at 11 PM, technician just said have to take it up with creations who now don’t answer the phone. The “search my area” feature is incorrect we entered multiple postcodes and received the same response, even in remote locations. Now they are unresponsive when we try to reach them for a resolution. Please avoid this company at all costs!

Took £100 from me, then just gave my details to a local tyre fitter, who only charged me £80 for his repair.
£100 for a phone call is a rip off.
Just find local tyre fitter online next time… cut out the middle man

I had a flat tyre, so called and they said someone will be with me 45 minutes to an hour and took a deposit. It was 90 minutes before anyone came, I only went with this company due to them saying I would get back on the road in around an hour. If I knew this before hand I would have gone with one of the other companies who quoted me less but would be there in 90 minutes, would have been £100 better off. The person who changed the tyre in the end said the person on the phone would have been able to see that for them to get to me would me atleast an hour and 20

It is stated on their website that they will respond within 45 mins- an hour, they responded to, i paid a deposit, but failed to tell me they wasnt coming today until id been waiting 4 hours and i had to text them to ask when they were coming and that is when they informed me they wasnt coming.
