Incredibly patient with my flapping forever grateful

£230 for fitting my space saver tyre, if it weren’t for the fact it was so late at night and I was very far from home I wouldn’t of considered this. Not only was the price outrageous but they claim to arrive “within 45 minutes”. An hour passed nobody here, so I call and they hadn’t even passed details onto the driver. Requested the driver call me with and eta which he did within minutes, “I’ll be half hour”. 50 minutes passed and still nobody. After about an hour since his initial call, they turn up with some clear lie about why they’re late, try and flog me a new tyre for £80 on top of what I’m already paying, told them no the space saver will be fine. Driver took payment and left without even saying goodbye or apologise for being over 2 hours getting there. If you’re in my situation, take a moment to breathe before calling the first website you see, these guys don’t deserve your money and will happily con you out of all of it.

Called these guys out for a puncture. £290 for a tyre that you can buy for £50. Rip off. Avoid like the plague.

Dont thrust those these cowboys.. 120£ deposit and 485£ for 2 50£ pound tires ..

Rapid response. Wife had a blowout this morning on her way to Heathrow airport, made the call and all back on the road within the hour

tried to rip my 19 year old daughter off to the tune of £300 for 1 tyre for a Vauxhall Adam,Local garage @m53 tyres came out and charged £100 so if it isn't a blatant attempt to rip off a young women how do they explain a £200 price difference??

The service itself was professional and quick. However I waited for longer than advertised.

My tyre was damaged in a pothole as I was driving to work in the Cotswolds. I managed to get to a safe place and called Creations Mobile Tyres, they took my details and said a mobile tyre fitter would be with me within the hour. The mobile tyre fitter arrived and did the job quickly and very efficiently. I am very pleased with the service provided and I highly recommend this company.

Stay away from them! Liars! Promised me 45-60mins, didn’t arrive until 2 hours later and driver showed me the message they told Creations 60-90mins. I’ve paid an initial payment before they arrive, the remaining should be paid when they have finished but the driver asked me for final payment straight away when they arrived, but I refused told him once the job is finished I will pay. As I’ve got a Tesla so Creations offered me a few different options of tyres I’ve asked for original Tesla tyre which is more expensive but the driver brought wasn’t Tesla and when I asked the driver he couldn’t even tell me what tyre it is, he told me he just been told by Creations to bring a tyre never mentioned Tesla! What a con?! Don’t use them!!!

I used creations mobile tyres just before Xmas they gave me a price over the phone for 2 new tyres and came within 30mins they were very polite and professional it was pouring down but the bloke did a great job. The next day my tyre alignment light came on i rang and spoke to a man called Nathan who apologised and told me to take it to I garage and get it done which I did as soon as I told them how much it cost which was £54 they put the money straight back in to my bank and also put a bit more for the inconvenience. I haven't got anything negative to say about them they were absolutely brilliant will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs new tyres. You won't regret it.

Took our deposit of £110 over the phone , telling us they were 45 minutes away from the postcode we had given them , we had a double blow out due to something on the road. Then 30 mins later she called and said that Haggerston is in Scotland and there fitter wont cover it ! Its in Northumberland !!! So left us stranded and has the money been refunded yet of course not because that will take a few days , Never been treated so badly by another company .

Further to my last review, which was negative, I am pleased to be able to put a more positive note up today. The company took note of my complaint and dealt with it efficiently and satisfactorily. Communication was excellent. Thank you.

Friendly service, was running late let me know and promptly sorted out two flat tyres, with replacements.

From the initial phone call to ensuring I left the hard shoulder safely, I was set at ease.
Being a woman alone on a dark evening with a blown out tyre, they arrived swiftly and kept in contact ensuring my safety at all times until they arrived. Blocking my vehicle and checking my remaining tyres before they left. Thank you for all your assistance, professionalism and great service.

45-60 minute delivery time was a myth, 2.5 hours after the call more like. Didn’t look at the tyre and decided it already needed changing despite screw being in the main part of the tread of the tyre.
Opted to keep my tyre as will take to another place to see if it will be repaired. The fitter was not happy that I opted to keep my tire so I assume it is a case of repurposing the tyre after flogging us a cheap one.

Just use a local 24hr service and not a promoted site on Google.

Well organised and Nathan really helpful. We live in a rural area and there are not many mobile tyre services for ordinary cars. The gentleman who changed the tyre was courteous, professional and friendly. I made a mistake with the payment which was quickly rectified. Many thanks- we will certainly use the service again if needed.

Driver came out late on a very cold night into rural West Berkshire. Had to wait a while but the actual change was really quick and the guy took great care with the tyres.

Fantastic service!
Stranded on the motorway with a flat tyre & my 5 year old. Their quick response & support helped get us home & my car back on the road much more quickly than a well-known breakdown service could provide. The service was not only speedy but also carried out with a friendly attitude.
Highly recommended for their professionalism and reliability!

Excellent, prompt service. Arranged home visit overnight with Nathan. Fitter Julian arrived on time,and worked pleasantly and efficiently. Would recommend!
