Ther service from this company from start to finish had been amazing. The delivery man was so polite and really helpful. My sofa was of excellent quality and better that what I was expecting and such an excellent price too. They also offer to take away your old sofa which was such an excellent service. I will recommend to all family.

The sofa we received is nice but it is absolutely not black or what was pictured so be aware of that, they’re a nightmare to get hold of when ordering and the delivery man was so rude. We paid for the £20 option for set up and to take away packaging and had to ask him at every step. He nearly damaged the doors getting it through the doorway and then didn’t even set it up just got it into the room and took the packaging away, fairly disappointing

Ordered 2 sofas on the 8/8/26 no communication for weeks so after emailing and getting no response i finally managed to get someone to ring me and they claimed my order had been lost and I would receive my sofas on the following Sunday 13/9/26 but no sofas turned up, so got hold of them on the 16th, through a message and then just received a message to say I had been refunded. Completely wasted my time

Ordered sofa on Sunday, entered all my shipping details and received an auto receipt of sale with the promise of a further email with regards to item being shipped..checked on Monday by way of tracking order only to discover that BLISS had cancelled my order with no email informing me…contacted them through chat and was told that they “don’t deliver to my address” which is in Kent despite their website stating they deliver to the South and North of England..

Absolutely love my new sofas! Fantastic colour, comfortable and good quality at a great price.

I must admit after ordering communication wasn’t great, but it wasn’t non existent either and delivery was a bit later than expected. All that said, the actual delivery was brilliantly communicated and it was still here in just over 2 weeks which isn’t bad at all and it was definitely worth the wait. Settee is lovely and I am thrilled with it. I think this is a small, thriving business that can be overwhelmed at times with orders but the job gets done, they’re still fast and the furniture is great. So if they’re slow to respond, don’t panic! Big thumbs up from us.

I purchased an item from bliss furniture on the 24th of August, I've tried lots of contact numbers all I get is an answer phone nobody seems to want to answer, I tried on Friday 28th a couple of minutes later I got a text saying how can we help I explained the situation to him he then asked me for my post code which I gave him a couple of minutes later he came back and told me my was on its way that was Friday 28th but low and behold NOTHING turned up.

Delivered today, lack of communication after purchase despite numerous messages asking for delivery date or update, ordered black but its navy, so if u want black dont order the black one as its navy

Harris delivered the sofa with his colleague David very good service by the delivery men polite and friendly most importantly the sofa looks better than I expected it to be
