Decent product but HORRIBLE communication or follow
Decent product but HORRIBLE communication. Been trying to get an update on pricing on my custom cover now that is finished production but design used MUCH LESS material than estimate... NO ONE RESPONDS over 2 weeks now. Definitely language gap and issue. Design Team (in India) does a great job if you give them accurate drawings/measurements. Sales is lacking and communication is absolutely horrible.

This only place I have found that makes…
This only place I have found that makes a shade less than 24 inches wide. Shade is installed and looks very nice. Only drawback is item actually made in India, no directions included. I was expecting a shade that I would just put up brackets and hang. Pretty much came as a kit, a roll of fabric and parts to put together.

The site is very user friendly. After giving the dimensions of the cover, I received emails concerning discrepancies they discovered and asked to correct and confirm.
They wanted to be sure that I would receive an item that fit my requirements. I received the covers and it did fit as I expected. Great job !

Order was received quickly.
Unfortunately it is a bit too tight for my porch swing. We did not add anything to the dimensions as in the instructions it said it would account for an overage.
I can get it to fit but it is not on properly in one of the back corners. I wish I had added 2 inches

Product looks great, was easy to install over tv. Really like it, but…
Was surprised it had zippers in front - those were the items that went bad on the last cover.
The large square patch (flap?) in the rear would be better if slit vertically to fit better over the hanging bracket.

Wrong sample after 2nd try.
Wrong sample after 2nd try. Calls go to call oversees centers ready to take order but not knowledgeable to help. Late calls are answered in US (best for me) but not getting help with proper material for my project.
Looking to get a Shade Pro material sample. 2nd swatch delivery was same as 1st one with Shade Elite not Shade Pro.
Not getting the clear product guidance suggesting I need to move forward. Also concerned I’ll order wrong size for my low hip shape cover. Looks like I need to spend another $90+ for my protection.
Get it your a large company with what I think I need but not getting help i need.
