The whole process was very easy

The whole process was very straight forward, from being able to upload photos and measurements. Great value for money, understanding that the item is made overseas took a bit longer to arrive but I'm happy with the finished product.

It fits perfectly!…

The cushion I ordered is absolutely perfect! The color and quality of the material are wonderful. I gave measurements and they delivered a beautiful product. It fits our outdoor couch perfectly! Very impressed with this item. I will use Covers And All again!

I put 4 of the 8 cushions on and 1 is really tight! The foam is curving because it’s too tight .

I have not received the delivery

I have not received the delivery as of today, March 22nd.
I got a message on Thursday, March 19th that FedEx "tried to delver but I was not home to sign for the delivery". However, I had not received any notification that the packages had been shipped let alone that FedEx required me to be there to sign for it. Nor did I receive notice that they would be delivering it on that day. I was also told they woud try again on the 20th, I was home all day and there was no attempted delivery. So I still don't have the package. I wasn't able to go on line to even figure out how to pick it up somewhere.

No cushions for the covers I ordered

I placed 3 orders. Two orders were great. Cushions & covers look fantastic. It was unclear to me that the cushions were not included with one of my orders. When I reached out to ask how to order the cushions only since now I have the covers only, I was told you don’t make the cushion for that size. Now what am I suppose to do?? I have over $200 in cushions covers and no clue where to get a cushion only.

The website was super-easy to navigate, finding how to measure my new furniture and then selecting the options. I chose the 'suggested' options for tie-downs, securing the covers, and the options were the free ones. I felt like I wasn't being gouged and that made ordering easy and less stressful. And when the covers arrived!!! Boy, was I delighted. Fit, fabric, ease of use -- all A+

Order delayed

Ordered covers and cushions. Half the order showed. Contacted them 3 times and could not get an answer. Used them in the past with great results. Dropped the ball on this one. Has been almost a month from ordering. Just entering production now.

Egg Chair Cover fit

My dislike was the different measurements that was being asked after I sent them the first time to measure different areas again and again that I felt was irrelevant based on where the cover was going to make contact with my chair. Also it was hard to understand customer service representative sometimes when I called and asked questions. The cover came and the back that goes around the top part of my chair had a little too much slack not really a tight fit but still workable being that I knew it would be a headache to send back and correct problem. This only apply to my egg chair. Covers I bought in the past were perfect for patio furniture.

The first image we received was from the website, and later we received actual photos of the chair from different angles. Because of this, our team needed to reconfirm the measurements to ensure the best possible custom fit for the uniquely shaped chair.

The order was processed according to the approved mock-up dimensions and details. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing a fitting issue, but we understand that you may not want to continue with further back-and-forth communication and that the cover you received will work for you.

Custom Outdoor Day Bed Cushion

We were looking for a custom replacement cushion for our outdoor day bed. Covers&All did an amazing job! The measurements were perfect and the cushion is SO comfortable and much better than the flat, limp pad that came with the day bed. We are very happy.

get your measurements right

order at 10:00 am then realized i made a mistake on the measurements. Tried calling and emailing the same afternoon and could not contact anyone there. The next day i tried again and was able to talk to someone. They informed me that the fabric had already been cut and that i would have to pay 80% of the items cost in order for them to make another one in the correct size
