Delivery was good and almost on time…
Delivery was good and almost on time (bearing in mind the orange one). The blinds could be better quality but for what you pay they are what I expect. Thicker plastic, straighter cut, better stitching and stronger ground anchors plus installation instructions would all improve quality.
How much that would cost I dont know but is possibly worth it

Cover received with an oil stain.
When the bench seat cover arrived, it had a grease stain on it. I sent an email to customer service, along with a picture of the stain asking for a remedy to the problem. It has been over one week with no contact from the company. I find this disappointing.

The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
It appears this company operates out of China, and they never deliver products on time. There is always some excuse for the delay.
After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, we simply got tired of complaining and ended up losing a significant amount of money.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Buying from them will likely lead to frustration and disappointment.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. We placed an order for some furniture covers, then called the next day to see if we could add an extra set; they told us we couldn't because the order was already in production. Thirteen days later, seeing that the items hadn't arrived, we contacted them to find out what was going on, and they told us that the order hadn't even been processed. In the end, they stole nearly $400 from us on the order. No one took responsibility.

Dimensions Incorrect/Sorted FOC
After placing the order I realised I had put the dimensions the wrong way round with width & height. I sent an email using the contact details but it was totally ignored and now I have a cover that is incorrectly made.
The delivery time is way beyond what was expected it took 2 week!
This has been resolved now and a replacement cover arrived today with the correct dimensions. Customer Services honoured their promise so now happy with the outcome.😀
