Your customer service team is exceptional. They answered all of my questions pertaining to my cover. I realized I did make an error on the measurments once I received and installed the cover but that is on me, we can still make it work, just a little big. This is our second cover and couldn't be happier.

Not quite right, I asked for D rings on two but got three
I asked for D rings on two of the shorter sides ( legs) but it came with a D ring on all three sides. I had to remove it.

However, to help avoid any sagging on the third side and as part of the standard process, the team may have added a D-ring on the third side as well.

Abolutely perfect cover!
The cover is for my cat cage to keep it dry when it rains. I have an indoor cat who I don’t allow to roam free outside. Covers & All did an amazing job in creating my cover. Size was perfect, material very durable. Service was quick and I couldn't be more pleased with the product they sent me! They put a zipper on each side on the front of the cover to make it easy to put on the cage. I am looking forward to bringing the cage outside for summer use. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again!

Missing item and couldn’t get customer service to believe me
I ordered four tarps and only received three. The packing slip said four, but the description on the packing slip only had three tarps listed. I reached out to customer service, and Sam did not believe me. As a result, I just got ripped out of $130.00.

Exceeded My Expectations
During the entire transaction, communication was great. They double- and triple-checked my measurements. They suggested a tweek and even credited my account because of the change. The chair and couch covers were a perfect fit even came with their own storage bags! One of the clip-ons was damaged, and they were generally difficult to use...but I will just tie the straps instead. Fundamentally an outstanding experience.

The quality of the cushons is great, but some things were unclear.
The quality of the cushons is great. The process and expectations were a bit surprising. For instance we thought we were getting cushon covers that we would stuff existing foam into. that wasnt clear. Also we really needed firmer back cushons and would have just ordered 'seat' cushons for the backs had we known they would be so soft.

Great outdoor chair cushion covers
The covers I have received from this company are excellent and the ordering process was great too as they made every effort to make sure the design and fit were right for my particular chairs. I would definitely recommend sending them a photo of your chairs to help them know any issues with the design or fitting.
