I'm still waiting for a call back on my call about the fit of the covers I ordered. I called and explained what was wrong and was told a ticket was made and I would hear from the "team" in 24-48 hrs. Now 5 days and nothing. I offered pictures but they told me that the "team" would look at those when they contacted me.
I am not pleased with the Customer Service

Placed an order March 16
Placed an order March 16, 2026 with Covers and All, was supposed to arrive no later than the 30th. Since there had been no updates and will obviously not arrive in time I requested to cancel. First they said it was on hold to see if I wanted the order remade, and then later changed the story to a partial refund and no product.

Your 800-number used to be more directly available on your website but once you get to that 800 number service is absolutely amazing!! The covers hold up very well in the salt air as I’m near the oceanand they fit very very well.

Ordering process was easy enough - but it went down hill with the communication. Constant bombarding of sales emails and trying to call - Ive had to block their email address. Once Id paid the invoice and sent remittance, I didn't hear anything for over 2 weeks, then they wanted me to confirm what I had ordered all over again. I got bored so asked for a refund - then suddenly the products appeared....i think they suffer from internal communication issues. Not had time to put them up yet, but on first look quality doesn't seem brilliant so I'm not expecting much. It was cheap - so alarm bells should have rung. You get what you pay for - I wont use again.

Cover for dog crate
I asked Covers&All to make a cover for my dog's crate, with flaps that could be lifted up to provide access to the doors. The design process was very efficient. They sent a CGI image of the cover, which they then revised to show the amendments I requested. The finished product was even better than I had expected. It fits perfectly and will hopefully last a long time.
