When I placed my order I was a little bit sceptical. And wasn’t sure what I would actually receive I the way of quality.
From then outset the communication was second to none. Checking, double checking measurements, placements of tags etc. then a final phone call to confirm I was happy with everything.
The covers arrived a week after the original date, but this wasn’t a problem. I am extremely pleased with the results. Can’t wait now for the sun to shine and it be warm enough to sit outside.

Just fitted.

I am not happy with the draw cord!
I ordered with eyelets
The draw cord only goes into the hem as far as the first eyelet and is glued in position. This is useless to say the least.
Why would you not increase the size of the hem to allow a full draw string to be accommodated?
Or just supply a shot cord to go through the eyelets?

The product quality itself was great. It was a custom order and it fit perfectly. The 3 star rating is because customer service is very frustrating and lacking. After I placed the order, I did not receive a invoice/email that stated the order was placed. When I called the phone number on the website, I was told I did not have an order with Covers&All. I checked my credit card account and the charge had been placed and was in pending status. I called Covers&All back with that information and was told that because it was in pending status, my order would not show up on their system until it cleared. Once the charge cleared, I still did not receive an invoice/email stating that I had an existing order; all the while, I was receiving promotional materials from Covers&All based on the contact information I submitted when placing the order. I called back again and, “urrgh”, was told the reason I had not received an order notice was because they had the wrong email address, however, I was getting unrelated promotional materials from Covers&All. Ultimately, in one of the foregoing calls, I was able to verify and clarify my order and it arrived as finally expected.

When the construction of the covers did not meet our needs, I was asked to send a video of our concerns.
It has been a week now and nothing. I have gotten several requests to provide feedback to which I answered, that I would like to wait till customer service had the chance to address our concerns. So when this request came and it's been a week with no response it seems that their customer service is poor.

The website made it easy to order - directions for measuring were simple to follow and the attributes of the different grades of cloth explained well.
The covers were completed and shipped in a timely manner with lots of email updates during the process. The covers fit my cushions perfectly, my porch furniture looks great!

Good product, good response to any concerns, reliable shipping time! The only concern I had was that the online ordering, somehow did not log my measurements, but kept the default measurements that were originally on the screen when I started! Be careful that this does not happen to you! I would use Covers&All again! Quality product!

They were the only company who responded to my request for assistance. The designer worked with me to create a weirdly shaped tarp for an awkward space. The finished tarp was delivered promptly, is very high quality, and is exactly as designed. It’s perfect for our purpose. The company had good communication and the chat feature was the best experience I’ve had with one. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

This was my third order and, like the first two, everything was fast, easy, and as ordered. Prices are amazing, also. My previous covers have/are holding up very nicely and I'll expect the same from the new ones. Can't say anything bad about Covers & All and that's the reason I keep coming back!

The cover I ordered is for a large grill island including a side burner, several drawers and an outdoor refrigerator. I ordered the most expensive fabric option and I’m glad I did. It appears to be well made with double stitching and water proof sealing tape on every seem. The cover is tailored to fit quite well in most parts of the island, but it is a little blousy over the side burner and on the front of the island. This does not impact its effectiveness though.
I was impressed with the design team’s attention to detail. We traded several emails prior to production confirming specific dimensions and customizing the cover. They allowed me to add vents on both sides of the grill at no additional cost. They also added fabric handles at both ends of the cover and on both sides of the grill, making it easier to remove the cover. This was also at no additional cost. The whole process from design to receipt of the cover took about three weeks; although, it would have been a few days faster if I had not been delayed in providing a final dimension. Overall, I am very happy with the product and I will buy from Covers and All again should I have a future need.

We had a small glitch with the initial order. It was just miscommunication. To my surprise and joy, the company went absolutely out of their way to make sure that the issue was corrected. They were professional, polite, and easy to work with. Their customer service is outstanding.I’m super happy with the cover that I received, and I will absolutely order from them again.

I placed my order from Covers&All Canada, only to find out is was coming from India. The confirmation advised that i was to receive my order April 6, 2026. i checked the tracking and it said it was in transit. Then the status changed that it was at the FedEx depot in Brampton ready for P/U. My order was for delivery to me, not the depot. I called on April 6th in the afternoon, and was advised that they would look into it and get back to me, no response. I called again on the 7th, they said the same thing, it is now the 9th and no response. My money was taken right away, but I still have no product.

I'm still waiting for a call back on my call about the fit of the covers I ordered. I called and explained what was wrong and was told a ticket was made and I would hear from the "team" in 24-48 hrs. Now 5 days and nothing. I offered pictures but they told me that the "team" would look at those when they contacted me.
I am not pleased with the Customer Service
