Overall very satisfied. The gentleman we dealt with was excellent, knowledgeable, patient and above all understanding. The lady on reception was very good and even offered us tea or coffee. So, congratulations in order for both of them. The only slight criticism would be that the funeral home is in dire need of restoration as it is so tired it’s falling asleep! In short, would thoroughly recommend the Co-op funeral home in Saltash if you want to prepay your funeral.

Very patient and informative gentleman. A funeral plan was not something I was looking forward to doing but he made the whole process calm and straightforward. Everything was explained thoroughly and there was no pressure to buy a plan.

Peace if mind funeral care.
My wife and I found the online process very easy to navigate,and very informative. All plans were set out in a way that was easy to understand and any questions you might have were answered.
