Repair of PS5 controller
Console Doctor provided an excellent service. The controller was returned in perfect condition. As good as new. Very helpful customer telephone service as well. However, the service from the courier DPD was very poor. Had no clue what they were doing in regards to the collection and delivery. I would suggest you change courier.

Overall great service
Very easy to book a repair and quick collection of PS5 ( Although it did take a couple of attempts to fix) good communication by the company and very secure delivery of PS5 once fixed by use of DPD and PIN

Fixed my console after speaking to them on the phone as there was a problem witch they sorted out and sent my console back to me fast it’s now working like a dream so I would definitely recommend console doctor as if you have any problems after they sorted it out very fast and reliable thank you console doctor
