I had a great service from The Colour Flooring Company. They checked my order with me and adjusted it, with a refund as I had mistakenly ordered too much adhesive. Delivery was swift and the rubber flooring exactly as I expected. The colour is beautiful. Would definitely recommend them.

I wanted to buy cork which is something new to us in terms of fitting and care. I rang for some advice regarding fitting on my specific current floor and the person I got through to was obviously out and about, didn't listen to what I'd said and then just tried to get me off the
phone asap by referring me to the information on the website which I'd obviously already seen.
I bought anyway as I wanted the product but the delivery should have been within 5 working days and it will be 7 days, if it arrives when suggested, without any explanation. When having an entire kitchen fitted, room is limited so I could not have the floor ordered sooner and sitting around. I had ordered in plenty of
time according to the quoted delivery schedule. Considering I've spent over a grand and the delivery is still chargeable, I'd at least expect it to be on time/within the stated time frame.

Samples posted quickly with a second set of free samples as I wanted more colours. I’ll purchase vinyl flooring for the bathroom.

My samples didn't arrive for ages, and the company got in touch to rectify and then three sets of samples arrived at once postmarked differently - so a delivery issue not the company. I can't edit my one star review but wanted to say that the company were friendly and attentive and the rubber floor samples feel great. I have not purchased the main item yet hence 4 stars.
