Too short cord
Even though it’s 160 cm long vertically, the cord for lowering the sunshade is far too short, which makes it very difficult to use.

Poor fittings
The blinds are good but the metal clips used to attach the blinds to the ceiling/wall are difficult to use and poor. The are just thin sprung metal and the instructions provided severely underestimate the task of attaching the blinds to these clips when they are in place.

On the whole the service was very good. Initially, they were very quick to send samples of materials and to give advice over the phone about installation. The delivery was satisfactory but not made quite as swiftly as initially promised. However, installation was very straightforward and I am very pleased with the end result.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed, we were subject to serious delays and had to make a huge compromise and change colour choice after being threatened with a further delay of an extra 2 months. John Lewis have just been to install them and one window can't be fitted as they were manufactured to the wrong size. 16 chains are the wrong length and I'm quite shocked at the lack of bracket covers as the images on the website don't show the huge ugly brackets that the double rollers sit on.

Two of the roller blinds are 188cm wide. When the blinds are pulled down there is a distinctive 'V' shape from each top corner to the central point. So the roller is not quite strong enough to support the width of the material.
