Choosing a modern colour for my shed
I recently installed a shed in my modern back garden and was looking to paint it a colour that would fit the theme. I needed something that would straddle the juxtaposition of blending into the space and standing out as contemporary. I chose King Gary Green. The paint was high quality and extremely easy to apply. There were no harsh smells, and it dried very quickly.
Since completion, I have had a number of compliments on my garden, and it always seems to centre on the shed!
In future, Coat will be my first port of call for all DIY projects. I would sincerely recommend them for their quality of product and the depth and richness.

Coats delivery joke £12.50 for next day delivery but if you order after 1400 there is no next day delivery is the next day so spend £12.50 for nothing biggest tuck up ever £98 for 5 litres should have brought dulux I will never order again customer lost by coat

Superior quality
Having tried other paints, they just never quite matched the colour chart. With Coat I ordered the sample stickers before ordering the paint. I'm absolutely delighted that the colour is an exact match and exactly what I hoped for. The quality of the paint is fantastic, one coat literally covered the wall . So pleased.

Great colour and coverage from COAT
First time using COAT and I’m very impressed. Easy to order and apply. The only difficult thing was choosing between all the gorgeous colours. I got stick-on samples to help me narrow it down, and eventually chose Baked for my kitchen walls, Kimchee Fan for the ceiling and Pampas for the woodwork. The paint covered really well, brushes were easy to clean and it doesn’t smell of nasty chemicals. I would definitely use COAT paints for future projects.

It took me a long time to find the…
It took me a long time to find the exact shade of yellow I wanted for my east facing bedroom and Ziggy's Yellow proved to be exactly what I needed. Not overpoweringly yellow but warm and clean. It was easy to apply and delivered in good time for use. Ok it costs a bit more than regular brands but it is no regular brand

Appalling Customer Service
Ordered 2 tins of paint, one was correct, the other not.
I have been trying to contact customer service for 2 weeks, via email, via phone, via there online form, and no-one has responded. Have they gone bust? I cannot get anyone to interact with me. Really really disappointed with this company, particularly as the paint was pretty good.

Awful experience and customer service
Awful experience and customer service. Sent me paint that was the wrong shade even though labelled correctly. We spent over £300 on a decorator and materials and when it dried down it was a completely different shade and tone to the samples which they claim are 100% accurate. The resolution they offered was a sending a replacement tin I didn’t ask for, and a measly refund of the £3 shipping fee. I didn’t trust the replacement so took it to the tip and got it colour matched at the Dulux trade centre instead which was perfect, better quality paint, and cheaper. I recommend you save your time and money and avoid buying paint from Coat at all costs.

Cottage Facelift
We have just transformed the outside of our cottage using Coat exterior eggshell in Cargo and Jo Jo’s green.
It looks amazing. We love Coat paint and have recruited a new admirer, our painter and decorater, he was praising what great quality it was.
Can’t praise it highly enough, even including the fact Coat refunded us for paint we didn’t need.
What’s not to love?

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. Had to cancel one order and dealt with very quickly with no issue. Then when reordering, there was a slight hiccup (wrong colour sent to me) and my email was answered straight away despite being on a Sunday and new paint was sent.
Paint itself seems pretty good. I like the large choice of colours.

Brilliant customer service
My paint delivery went awry , but Jim in customer service replied to me and resolved the issue very well. I’ve been using COAT paints to redecorate and they are excellent, the floor paint especially impressed me.
