This is honestly the nicest paint ive ever worked with. Such rich colour, even with two coats (on top of dark blue), no smell, easy to wash..... delightful. Had a slight issue with paint pot damaged and leaking but customer service sorted it right away and a new pot of paint was delivered next day delivery.
BTW the colour (factor fifty) is just GORGEOUS 😍

This paint is absolutely fabulous. Apart from its sustainability credentials, which are admirable, most important is the quality of the paint which is superb. Having used lots of different manufacturers' paints I can categorically say that this paint is the best. The coverage is really good (even over very dark grey), the depth is great and there is little to no smell when painting. I would highly recommend this paint and I'm already working on my next project.

Centred patch on the wall looked a lovely cream so we spent a fortune ordering it all for it to give a totally yellow custard cream biscuit vibe 🤯🤦🏼‍♀️

Do not use CENTRED in a south facing room.

Nice colours and decent paint, I chose COAT for their environmental values, as they provided the best compromise between environmental care and price point for me. I would use COAT again.

I was initially disappointed by them not being able to colour match, I would advise contacting them prior to ordering any colour matches, however, they recommended some colours, which ended up being nicer, but different, to the colours i had requested a match for.

The paint itself is good, and goes on well if you don’t rush the process, and properly prep your walls. I personally felt that the swatches were very good representations of the colours (arctic roll and baked).

The customer service is good and they were quick to respond, and processed a refund quickly for my initial order.

Two things I dislike are;
1. The use of amazon as a delivery service for the stock and peel samples. I don’t think it is acceptable in any way for a company claiming to be climate positive to use one of the largest polluters as a delivery service just to achieve quick delivery times.

2. The aggressive marketing, as a company that states big environmental claims, near daily marketing emails, even after an order has been placed days before, advertising new colours is doing nothing but promoting overconsumption.

All this to say, I like the paint, and I like what the brand stands for!

Extremely poor coverage. The finish is not worth the money for me.

Buying Coat Paints was easy enough on their website.
The eggshell paint I used has great opacity and it’s nice to use, leaving a nice finish too.
My criticism is ever since buying this product, I have been bombarded with marketing emails. Please give it a rest.

I recently painted 2 large rooms with Reverie and it took me some time to decide upon the perfect colour, they have some many gorgeous hues and my entire wall seemed to housing all Coat samples for a while! I must say, from when ordering in samples to making my final decision and placing the paint order itself, the customer service was outstanding.
I can't recommend Coat paint enough, it is so creamy and basically a truly divine paint. Even with 1 coat, the consistency and finish was extraordinary. 2 coats later and my rooms are looking absolutely beautiful. Thank you Coat paints, I'm not a great fan of painting walls by far and your paint made all the difference!

Initially I sent off for samples, unfortunately they didn’t arrive, however this was immediately rectified after a phone call and they arrived the following day, happy with service so far - decided on colour using the samples, which are excellent as you just stick on the wall, you can move around to see what they look like in different light and spaces - Ordered the paint along with Coats equipment and was so pleased with how the paint was easy to put on and dried to the exact shade I wanted - don’t see myself going back to another brand - excellent product and customer service

HUGE CONSTANCY CONCERNS. We have colour drenched our whole room in ‘percolate’ we have had 3 full tins all different shades as you can imagine the time that has gone into painting the WHOLE of our bedroom 3 times.
For the price you pay for the paint you expect this to be a premium brand and consistent. Their customer service is good but I’m not purchasing from them for the customer service I’m purchasing because I want a paint colour that’s consistent each time. Left completely disappointed and exhausted from this experience.
Would avoid at all costs.

I’m new to using Coat and I am impressed. The stick on samples work well and are realistic of the actual colour. The paint goes on really well. It’s become my new go to paint.

the Peel & Stick samples are useless. literally different colour with everyone we picked.

paid over 500 quid worth of paint and now we got different coloured rooms lol.

Following my initial purchase of sample stickers, which were excellent, I proceeded to buy the paint. Customer service was prompt in addressing my query. The paint itself is wonderful to work with and provides a stunning finish.

Nap time if the loveliest light warm neutral. It's so calming. Love lane is a stunning colour. Warm and pretty and like a gentle terracotta. Great paint with good coverage, highly recommended.

This company is changing the way you buy paint. Great idea with the peel and stick samples which allow you to look at the finish in different parts of the room.
We chose Sunday Soul which is a gorgeous colour. The quality of the paint is excellent and gives a smooth finish.
We ordered in the afternoon and the paint was delivered the following day.
Will not hesitate to use this company again.
