COAT Paints Bewertungen

I’ve made four orders with Coat over the last couple of months and three have had issues.
I first ordered sample stickers which were great. I then ordered sample pots of my favourite colours and the Cat’s Cradle sample pot looked nothing like the sample sticker. I contacted Coat who were very lovely and refunded me the cost of the sample pot.
I then ordered full tins of paint - 3 matt and 1 eggshell, but I received 2 matt and 2 eggshell. Again, the team were quick to rectify the issue and sent the correct paint out same day and arranged to collect the incorrect tin.
I’ve since ordered another two tins of paint but only one has been delivered. I’ve contacted the customer service team and I’m sure they’ll be just as responsive, but when you’re trying to undertake a big painting project, the last thing you want is delays and having to sort incorrect orders and more deliveries. I can understand the occasional issue, but for 3/4 of my orders to have problems is not good at all.
The paint itself is lovely, it’s very forgiving even for an amateur painter with good coverage. The colour (Cat’s Cradle) is beautiful and the paint smell dissipates quickly. I don’t want to avoid using Coat for the rest of my house because they have such a great range of colours and their eco-friendly approach is appealing, but the problems are making me think twice.

Guys get on board with this company. Their customer service is outstanding, they'll even help you choose colours.

Fantastic ordering the lovely samples and good delivery for samples and the paint. Really helpful with different suggestions for varying aspects of light in different rooms. The paint arrived well packaged and looks good. I have yet to use the paint as not due to start my decorating till the Autumn so will comment on the paint quality then.

They are really helpful and happy to help with what colours to use in a space.
Their advice is wonderful and always give you several options.
How refreshing to have old fashioned customer service!!!

Super quality of paint as well!!

Paint is admittedly expensive and when my decorator was shocked at the price and said he'd never used it, I was slightly regretting going with a more expensive brand.
However, after completing the job the decorator said it was the best paint he's used and the finish looks gorgeous.
Customer service is also excellent. I returned an additional paint tin and experienced a few difficulties which was resolved instantly.
Very happy and definitely worth the money.

Firstly - Literally the BEST SERVICE during this heavy renovation we have been managing. Morgan Middleton has been my main point of contact and I cant say enough of this super efficient extremely helpful coat representative. When I was in trouble, which did happen a few times, Morgan went over and above to help us. I am so grateful to her she made my life a lot easier that is for sure. Coat please please hire more people like Morgan what a super star!

Re the paint: Myself and our paint team loved using it. Great coverage, great colours and the option to colour match is super helpful. STATEGY: We used TUESDAY CHILD up and over & on woodwork in a lot of the rooms in the cottage to keep a flow which is gorgeous griege that performs well in all position rooms ours were not & south then we used HUMBLE with CAKE MIX on woodwork in the North facing dark ish lounge which I LOVE and is a win by far! Transformed the room. We then used PAMPAS up and over in the dark downstairs cloakroom which looks fabulous and finally used CARGO on the kitchen units paired with Armac Martin antique brass knobs / handles which looks so chic and straight out of magazine. Really happy! Coverage 100%, colours 100% and paint samples which we used a lot also 100%.

I did find when I asked the trade team about colours that I had seen in coat adverts and on other instagrammers accounts they weren't always aware 100% of the colours but very helpful team on WhatsApp which was really great so thanks to you too guys...

We are super happy and this is our first time using Coat Paints so will be back when we start the next reno!

Good quality paint. Goes on smoothly with good coverage. Speedy delivery.
Excellent all round.

Absolutely stunning paint. Delivery was super quick and packaged beautifully too. We love our new look lounge and have ordered extra to top up. Will 💯 recommend

I really liked the samples, I thought they were great to choose colours especially the “north facing” room shades.

However, the coverage is incredibly poor I’m sorry to say! A primer and 5 coats of paint and it’s still patchy!! Really disappointed, quality is very poor and not at all what I expected. It is only a mid shade of green not a very dark colour even to need many coats!

Paint arrived quickly, beautiful colours. It's really good quality, you can feel the difference between painting with coat compared to Dulux - it goes on much smoother, and flatter. Really happy.

Hands down - COAT is the BEST quality paint I’ve ever used! Repainted our living room in Smith and The Devil (dark earthy browny red) and we’re in love with the result. The company were amazing to deal with and gave me advice - from a real person which helped massively alongside my samples. The actual paint was a dream - I’m not a painter but it looks like a professional has done the job the way it just melts in, no lines or brushstrokes. 2 coats did the whole room, so I have some left for touch ups for a 5l tin. Worth every penny and seriously will only be using COAT paints from now on and recommending to friends and family

Excellent paint and customer service!

Ordering is easy on the website, delivery was fast and well packaged. And the paint… beautiful, incredible quality paint that, even when applied with a brush by an amateur, looks incredible. I used eggshell on my kitchen cupboards in the colour Wilderness Hill and wow! Every visitor to my house says it looks like I’ve had a professional do the job!! Not a brush mark in sight! It took 3 coats to cover the old navy finish but i have 15 doors/drawers and i still have some left so I’m going to find something else to paint!! Thankyou Coat Paints!

Very good online service with prompt despatch & delivery.
The peel & stick samples are a very good idea as you can try them on multiple walls (in the same room) to see how it looked in different light conditions.
Our first project was painting high gloss kitchen units. After a quick sanding the primer worked very well and seems to have provided a really solid base. The eggshell topcoat gave excellent coverage and was easy for an average DIYer to get a good finish.
The walls & using the emulsion comes next but I'm confident it will be as easy as the eggshell to use

Fantastic service! Super fast next day delivery…even on a Sunday! Fabulous! Can’t wait to paint the room, the quality of the paint and coverage is superb. 5*

I love the colour swatch concept, so much better than messy tester pots. Great to be able to unstick & restick multiple times around the room to check the different light, with no impact on existing paint I might add. The swatches seem to be 100% accurate too. I ordered the dark green pack and liked the fact I could compare and eliminate easily.
The paint is really nice to use, the coverage is great, and the colour perfect - PAN.
My project isn't finished as yet so I don't want to add a photo just yet.
I'll be ordering more sample swatches soon. I don't think I'll ever go back to other paints.
Also, ordering, communication and delivery was as promised. Excellent.

I ordered several of the samples which are all great colours and made it hard to choose. They stick to the wall well and stay sticky even when moved around a few times. The paint is great, the coverage is good, and quality of the paint is so good. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic paint with a wonderful range of colours. Just using it in our 5th room and will be using it for more. It’s a dream to use and coverage is excellent. So much better than top brands I’ve tried. Really pleased to see they do colour matching but honestly not sure I’ll ever use it as the COAT colours are so gorgeous. We painted our kitchen cupboards 2 years ago and we haven’t had a single scratch or chip!

After covering my wall with over 10 different paint pot colours none were right
I sent for some samples from coat and there it was exact colour.
The paint is spot on with samples, it’s thick and fabulous quality goes on easily.
I ended up using it in another room too.
I have just bought my next colour for bathroom
Easy to purchase, fast delivery
I would use any other company

I wanted to know the name of the equivalent that COAT make for MAGNOLIA!
