I had a room painted in Cold Brew, bought a further tin to touch up and it did not match, very frustrating.

Fantastic paint and the colour ditch the tie is beautiful. The customer service was also brilliant. They were so responsive and helpful. Will definitely order from them again

So far, I’ve ordered 2 full pots of COAT paint. The one that I used was a perfect colour match and excellent quality. Looks beautiful on my walls. The 2nd tin ended up being the wrong colour, however, COAT has been amazing with sorting it out. Their customer care team have been immaculate and I cannot fault them at all! Very happy with the service and the speedy response. 10/10!! I will be sticking with COAT moving forward! I just wanted to add that I spoke with Jamie at COAT whilst dealing with this and Jamie was fantastic!

Such lovely paint to use and apply. We used the soft sheen which looks great and no need for extra coats / we applied this to newly plastered walls on top of a basic undercoat and it worked really well. Looks fab. Thanks and great customer service as we over ordered and needed to return some unopened unused paint and this wasn’t a problem either.

I’ve used coat paints in 3 rooms now and found it to be brilliant quality. I love all their colours and the coverage is brilliant. I’ve had to do a few returns too due to buying too much and found their customer service really helpful. When the courier managed to lose one of my returns they dealt with it quickly and painlessly. Highly highly recommend.

Initially got samples and these turned out to be a true match of the colour which is really helpful. The paint goes on smoothly and gives a nice finish.

Wonderful paint and absolutely worth the money. We painted over yellow and no white undercoat needed. The decorators said how great the paint quality was. Gorgeous colour, so so pleased

Just tried my first pot of coat paint and I’m so impressed with it . It goes on like a dream and has no smell . Accidentally spilt some on a rug and it washed off straight away . Slightly more expensive but worth it as it covered in one coat . I wanted olive green and used Oad to Toad . Fabulous can recommend .

First time using Coat paints. Great quality and has a lovely finish. I chose sheen in all my colours. Sample packs are great too. Just make sure you order enough paint in one go. Had to get another pot as needed 3 coats to cover a previous colour and it was £5.95 delivery on one pot.

Great quality paint, quick delivery and well packed, also found the sample colours really useful.

The paint is good, but unfortunately the customer service is terrible. The 5l paint tin I ordered was damaged when delivered with paint leaking out in the packaging. I completed their online form and then got an email requesting pretty much the same information. They would replace the paint, but told me I had to dispose of the old paint myself and would not collect it. Disposing of old paint is very difficult where I live and would take time, effort and money to do. This is unacceptable.

The paint is amazing, so easy to use coverage is incredible, to be honest never used paint like this. The colours are so different, only coat from now on! I'm a very happy amateur painter!!!

What attracted me initially to COAT were the sticky-backed colour samples. Brilliant idea! After moving the sample around the room to test the light at different times of the day, I made my choice. “Tuesdays child” turned out to be perfect for my bedroom. The quality of the paint is excellent. However I didn’t quite order enough initially but that was no problem, I re-ordered & it arrived promptly the next day. Brilliant service which meant there was no delay in finishing the room. I definitely recommend & will be using COAT paints again for my next project!

I spent months and months looking through paint samples and thus is the perfect brand for me. The colours and quality align so well and gave me the confidence to switch up my neutrals and play around with some colour too. The customer service is also amazing.

This is the first time I have used COAT paint and I’m really pleased with the results. A bit more expensive than others but it is a fantastic quality paint and it’s gone on lovely even filling a few faint old house cracks as it’s so thick. The tin I received is a lot bigger than I thought so I’m looking for other places to add some lovely light sage green.
