Worst customer service EVER.
1 star and I haven't even received my keyboard case yet. Customer service is horrible. My first case was shipped from Kentucky and was lost by Amazon logistics. After 5 days of emails with an AI chat bot I was finally informed they're shipping a replacement. From China. There's no option for expedited shipping or a human being to interact with. I'm already completely regretting this purchase.UPDATE! Finally received my keyboard case and its pretty awesome! Totally worth all of the shipping headaches, loving it with this razr! A real person finally reached out to me as well. Definitely going to gamble on the Communicator! Thank you Clicks for getting this sorted out and putting a smile on my face.

Fantastic Case and company
I love my Clicks case, having the keyboard on my Razor has been amazing especially when using the exterior screen. Brings me back to one of my favorite phone I had when I was younger (my blackberry pearl). When I had an issue with my case I sent an email to support. They were prompt to answer and offer me a solution to my problem. Wonderful company and tech, I will continue to share how awesome these cases are!

Clicks Keyboard Prepaid for order. NO PRODUCT ARRIVED
Placed pre order and pre paid but no keyboard arrived. on contacting them i keep receiving a bot generated message saying they don't have my order. ive emailed proof 3 times but still get the same response.

Awesome type experience
Awesome type experience. Quality of the Keyboard is great, makes you really feel that you're using a premium accessory.
The upper frame is the only thing that over time started chipping.
Customer support has also been fast and really helpful.

Responsive sales and support team!
Clicks support team was very responsive when I emailed the company to try to find out if the Power Keyboard supports older generations of iPhone, such as the 13 series.
Not only was their response polite, clear, and concise, they also explained the underlying mechanism behind it and its potential use beyond smartphones (i.e. supporting up to 3 bluetooth devices at the same time)
For me personally, the use cases will be my phone, tablet and smart monitor!
Perfect birthday gift to myself!

I had a question about a product fitting and working with my phone(Samsung Galaxy S25+ and I got a detailed response within a minute of sending the email. I was blown away with how fast they responded to me and gave me a very clear and understanding response It's little things like this that make a company amazing and ill tell everyone to buy from them!! The best core important features of product like Blackberry (physical keyboard, event hub, square screen factor, color led) mixed with Contemporaneity (Niagara is an elegant "one finger "interface!, Android is universal and the store is huge). I would like to suggest a high level of quality for picture and video (with particular regard to portraits), to create an "object of desire" for a particular market.

Saw the keyboard on the today show, it was an immediate buy. Returning because it makes my phone too long and top heavy. It was very difficult to type on the keyboard and still hold the phone upright. Shipping was fast, return was easy will explore other products.

Be extremely careful when looking at Clicks.tech’s review score. The 5-star reviews are highly misleading and do not reflect the overall customer experience.
At first glance, the rating may look passable, but once you actually read the reviews, a very different picture emerges. The majority of customers leave 1-star reviews, detailing poor product quality, delivery issues, and lack of support. The handful of glowing 5-star reviews stand out sharply against this backdrop and appear to exist mainly to artificially inflate the overall score.
NEW PRODUCTS AND HIDDEN CROWDFUNDING
This is especially concerning because Clicks.tech is now promoting new products and prototypes that are not proven, not widely tested, and not in real customers’ hands, while simultaneously asking people to crowdfund them directly through their website.
Crowdfunding already carries risk, but backing unfinished hardware from a company with a track record dominated by negative reviews should set off alarm bells. Many customers are still unhappy with existing products, yet the company is already pushing the next thing and asking for more money upfront.
That should worry anyone considering a pledge or pre-order!

Regarding the service response time... phenomenal.
Christina, my support specialist, did something very unique in my experience these days. The email summary was efficient and provided clarity. This was given after I stated what I was seeking help with. Phenomenal.
With minimal challenge, she was able to identify and assist.
Lastly, when I mentioned my next step most likely will be to check in a month or so to inquire the date for the shipment of my forthcoming item, she replied and mentioned no need to reach out. She'll follow-up.
Now, I'll be impressed if this happens. This seems to be so counter to what most companies these days are doing (establishing even a basic relationship and allowing a specialist to follow-up with a customer).
I have high hopes for this brand and this type of service exemplified by Christina is setting a high bar. Thank you, Christina! Thank you, Clicks!
