Clicks is refusing to ship to Estonia
I discovered this amazing keyboard to remind me of my "BB" years at CES
However, Clicks is refusing to ship to Estonia by sheer laziness
When prompted, the customer support (in reality, an AI bot) gives the terrible pretext of logistical factors, when they are already shipping to Finland, Latvia and Lithuania, countries that sandwich Estonia, and we are all in the European Union (and the customs are even more complicated in these countries)
I recommend to give your business to other countries that treat potential customers better

Absolutely terrible customer service. Wish I knew about this before purchasing. They take days to reply to anything and when you do get a reply, it is from an AI chatbot. I've had an absolutely terrible experience with these guys.
The product is niche and freakin awesome
The product is niche. But for us guys who crave for the old blackberry days these guys really understand us. They have great ideas that bring back the physicality in our communicators. Hope they can keep up the passion in this niche economy

Great keyboard and great customer service
I want to say that my experience with Clicks has been more than satisfactory.
I ordered a keyboard in early December. There was a problem with the delivery (not Clicks' fault), and after contacting customer service, they immediately sent me another keyboard via express delivery.
I finally received my keyboard within a few days, and I am very happy with my purchase.
As an early Blackberry user, I had been using a Blackberry Key One for eight years, which had become practically unusable.
Now, thanks to my Clicks keyboard, I'm rediscovering the joys of a physical keyboard. I'm French, and I couldn't find any phones with a physical Azerty keyboard, my only option was Clicks, and I'm very glad I found them.
I don't understand the negative reviews, especially regarding customer service, because they have always been responsive and helpful with me.
Therefore, I highly recommend their products without hesitation.
Many thanks to Clicks and I hope to keep my keyboard for as long as possible.

Support person is actually AI (not labelled as bot)
Requested cancellation of my order by contacting support, and was told by Christina that it has been passed on to the team, and that I would get an email once the refund was processed. Purchased another case elsewhere assuming the cancellation was done.
However, to my surprise, the Clicks order was sent the next day regardless. I was told sorry, just return it once received.
Once I requested the return label after receiving, I was told they don’t supply labels and that the person who initially replied to me was actually an AI that couldn’t cancel orders, hence why the order was sent out before an actual person reviewed the request.
Not cool clicks.
Very disappointing experience
I had multiple bugs that I discovered in the software so I contacted helpDesk including screen recordings and they ignored my information. I basically did not like using the keyboard so I requested return of the product and a refund because it was within the 30 day period they initially accepted this request and said that they would be referring the ref refund request to another team who would be in contact with me to provide delivery and return instructions. Of course that never happened and I am still waiting for instructions on how to return the product, even though I have reminded them two times. I feel as if they are hoping that I will forget that I paid $200 for a product that I don’t want and which I’ve asked to have returned in accordance with their advertised return policy.

Great customer service.
I needed a replacement for the top of my Motorola Razr case. The email reply from Christina at customer service was immediate and the replacement order was incredibly fast and easy -- and free. I have not had such a quick, professional, polite and satisfying customer service experience in some time. It is the opposite direction of what we all usually are experiencing nowadays. I really wanted to love the idea
I really wanted to love the idea behind Clicks, a proper keyboard case that makes your phone feel more productive again. Unfortunately, the reality was nothing like the promise. My order took weeks longer than advertised, tracking went silent halfway through, and when it finally arrived, the product felt rushed and cheaply made. The keyboard has uneven feedback, the finish started marking almost immediately, and the whole case feels bulky without offering real protection.
The biggest frustration, though, has been customer service. Every response I received sounded automated, polite but useless. No actual solutions, no follow-up, just the same template answers over and over. For the price they charge, I expected far higher quality and genuine support. Great concept, but poor execution from start to finish. I wouldn’t buy from Clicks again.
Honestly, THE BEST
Honestly, this thing is awesome. It brings back that satisfying clicky feel I’ve missed for years, and it just makes typing fun again. It snaps on perfectly, feels super solid, and doesn’t make the phone bulky at all. I didn’t realise how much I’d enjoy having real keys until I started using it, now I don’t want to go back.

Bought it through bestbuy.com had it less than three months it was in my back pocket I work in retail. I’m running around running around the back portion broke. I contact the customer service and they would not cover it under a warranty. The fact the matter is it wasn’t dropped. It was in my back pocket, bending up and down during the performance of my retail job. They said they will not cover it under warranty, so I do not suggest buying something, but they don’t cover under warranty because the way how it was made. It wasn’t strong enough on the bottom support of my iPhone 14 Pro.
