Smooth and professional ordering experience

Keyboard broke after 3 weeks of normal use — warranty denied
My Clicks keyboard case for the iPhone 16 Pro broke after only around three weeks of completely normal use.
To be absolutely clear: I never dropped it, never subjected it to any impact, and never misused it in any way. I simply used it normally and carried it in my jacket pocket. The front of the case still looks virtually brand new.
Nevertheless, the rear part of the case suddenly became loose from one moment to the next, and I was left with two separate parts of what should be one case. In my opinion, this clearly points to a serious material or manufacturing defect.
What makes this even worse is the customer support experience. After several attempts to get a response, the first proper reply I received claimed that the damage was “consistent with impact damage” and therefore not covered under warranty. Based on that assumption, Clicks refused any refund or warranty replacement.
I find this absolutely unacceptable. A premium-priced product should not fail after three weeks of normal use, and it is even more frustrating to have warranty coverage denied by simply claiming “impact damage” when the case was never dropped and shows no corresponding signs of misuse.
Very disappointing product quality and even more disappointing customer support.
Great kreyboard for a good price and amazing support!
I'm from Germany and my experience with this company and their product has been great so far! The keyboard is reasonably priced and the quality is great, the support is very friendly and they helped me right away by replacing a damaged part for free! I'm already planning to buy more of their products in the near future.

I've been in tech industry for over 25 years.
I have never in my life seen a company that responds as quickly, with actual real answers from an actual real person, and not hiding behind corporate policies or any other thing.
I asked some very detailed questions that multiple AI platforms told me there was no way I was going to get an answer. That company never gives that type of information out. It was a security based question, and they not only answered me, but when I asked for clarification, they were more than happy to clarify.
I seriously cannot wait to get my devices!

Hell Yeah Brother!! The latest update has me fired up! We now have a timeline. Every question I had prior, mostly timeline, was answered in that 1 email update! I've been amped for the Clicks Communicator since they were first announced! Knew I had to pre-order! Genuinely can't wait for the for my Communicator! Got a feeling I'll love it more than I did my Blackberry Priv! Thanks for responding to my actual email reply the update email. Seems to be great customer communication and service!

I have had clicks keyboard for my pixel…
I have had clicks keyboard for my pixel 9 pro since they were released. It has made my life with my phone so much better. I can not recommend it enough, especially for people who are writing long emails on there phone.

The best accessory for RAZR and the best support team.
I want to take a few moments to express my gratitude. I have had 2 technical problems, both ended up being user error, the Clicks support team help me quickly and never made me fell incompetent for the issues I was having. The support from Clicks has been outstanding. When the time comes for me to upgrade my RAZR I hope Clicks is still around and making the best accessory for my RAZR.

A Blackberry Dream for my RAZR!
I’m so happy with my purchase! My dream has finally come true: my phone has basically turned into a mini-Blackberry! (Motorola RAZR 2025 foldable).
The quality is truly excellent. The keys are very responsive and installation was a breeze. It looks amazing! Wow! You definitely won’t go unnoticed with this! I absolutely love it.
Customer service was also incredibly helpful. I had trouble finding my package (the delivery driver left it in an unusual spot), and they were so kind and supportive throughout the whole process. I really appreciate their patience with me.
(Pro tip: If they don't reply instantly, just be patient—they can get busy, but they definitely care!).

Excellent experience. The website is clear and professional, and the idea of bringing physical keyboards back to smartphones is fantastic. As someone who enjoys productivity and typing on real keyboards, I think this project has a lot of potential. Looking forward to seeing more from them.

A month and still nothing!
After a month and being ignored by email and if I do get an email back it's an AI bot still no case. Customer service is absolute garbage. Was going to buy the communicator but now? Hell no! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Hardware great, Software not
The keyboard itself is great.
However, the app could offer better data protection. Additionally, the keys are not sufficiently customisable via the software.
Other devices I have with QWERTY keyboards work well when you set a different layout because the special characters stay where they are marked on the keyboard, for example. Ideally, Clicks would take a cue from this, or simply ensure that you can configure all the keys yourself via an improved app.
