The response from Cleva was very quick and resolved by problem caused by me not reading the instructions carefully.

Had some issues with my L10 and L12 mowers but customer service was excellent in trying to resolve the issues, but the diagnostic support needs more active response to the customers. Sales and delivery is excellent

Super fast delivery - hoover is all fine apart from a squicky wheel - but my god does it suck!! Not sure whether to be amazed of horrified by the dust this vacuum pulls out!! I’m a furniture maker and have a spaniel so dust is a given, but gee whizz this thing is powerful

Live the product. Although did order a grass box separate as description says certain bits come with mower but says ‘grass box recommended’ so I read it as needed to order separate. Maybe that’s just me though. But now got 2 boxes so no issue really.

This is the best company that I have ever dealt with.. ordered a lawn-mower, delivered to an offshore location early afternoon on the second working day. On assembly one small item missing, now the website tells you that they will reply within two days.Not So. I had a reply within minutes. Further details required and submitted, resulting in a new mower delivered and grass being cut on the fourth day from placing the order I cannot recommend this company highly enough.,Super product splendid customer service and support. Easy to buy and prompt delivery

I ordered my LawnMaster Friday afternoon and it mowed my lawn first time Saturday afternoon. I don't think it gets better than that!
We had looked for a while and considered other brands, but when we found that Cleva's LawnMaster could cover nearly 3 times the area compared to others for the same priced mower, it was a no brainer.
Additionally, they had an all important drop and Mow function which for us with a very large lawn to mow was a great feature.
So far it has not disappointed. It is pretty good with bushes as boundaries, we have some magnetic strips and have put some logs down to deliniate flower beds where the boundary isn't visually that clear.

I ordered a cordless hedge trimmer that arrived very quickly. It was a great price and this cutter is relatively light, easy to operate and does what is says on the tin. Would recommend.

I bought a mower for my daughter from a dealer and the mower went wrong. I think it was just a programming problem. I tried to find out if I could reboot it from Cleaver UK, they weren’t helpful and as it was a gift for my daughter I really had no alternative but to buy her a new one as she was so upset didn’t work. I would not say that Cleva are the best company to work with as you can’t telephone anyone And having described the problem to them, their response was buy a new one

We have a Cleva law master 24v lawn mower. It’s a shame there is not a 0 you can award to it. It’s fine if the grass is totally dry and you take a fine cut. If like today the grass is slightly damp it is useless. Keeps stopping as not enough power, and rips at the grass not cutting which makes a right mess of the lawn. It won’t pick up the cut grass which is just left on the lawn. Would be quicker with a pair of scissors.

I have cycled indoors for 2-3 years. I decided to upgrade my fan setup as the temperature inside keeps increasing. This fan is amazing, it’s very powerful and quiet. I recently completed a 4hr session and didn’t overheat / feel uncomfortable. This fan will allow me to cycle longer, harder and enjoy my sessions a lot more!

Great piece of equipment. Lightweight and easy to use. Just what I was looking for.

Cleva advertise as being the "maker" of the LawnMaster mowers. I bought my LawnMaster 48V 41cm cordless mower new 2 years ago on Ebay. The small drive belt has snapped and Cleva don't supply these parts. The small drive belt is available in the USA as it is used for a Blissell pet vacuum - no wonder it snapped! Cost without customs charges is £56. Best to choose a brand that is supported in the UK, rather than supporting filling landfills with goods that can't be easily mended.

This is our second Lawnmaster Robotic mower, as four years ago we purchased an L10. This model is suitable for lawns up to 400m². At that time, the big name robotic lawn mowers were very expensive and, we didn't want to splash out a few thousand pounds to later find we had bought a white elephant. We discovered the Lawnmaster L10 whilst browsing the internet and decided to buy it as a trial. Our idea was, if it worked, we would buy one of the more expensive brands later.
However, this little robotic mower was so easy to set up, simple to use and performed so well that buying something else was totally unnecessary.
It's so relaxing watching him glide around the garden, knowing he can be taking care of the lawn whilst I am at work.

Since then, we decided to purchase a Lawnmaster L12, which can handle lawns up to 800m², as we have another larger area of grass to cut.
Because of our previous experience with these mowers we had no hesitation in buying the upgraded model. He is already at work and giving a lovely even finish to the lawn. At the current price of £399.99 you really could not beat it.

We recently had a problem with the older L10 model and a young lady called Sarah, in customer service, went way beyond the extra mile to help us get it resolved. Thank you Sarah, the replacement part arrived today.

Based on my own experience, I have no hesitation in recommending these very affordable robotic Lawn mowers from Lawnmaster.

Customer service (Sarah) was very efficient and supportive. Ordering was straightforward and delivery to the Highlands very quick.

Good service, in that they informed me that a product was back in stock. Very pleased with the cover for my lawn mower.

Delivery was really quick and after watching a utube video it was easy to put the lawnmower together

After about 18 months my mower developed a fault. A couple of emails was sufficient to diagnose the problem and they offered to replace the machine with a new one (minus battery) without me asking. No quibbling. New mower arrived 2 days later. Excellent and prompt service. I've been very pleased with the mower and would recommend both the machine and the company support.
