What a fun day. Amazing team who really make you feel great. Super professional but really friendly too. I can't fault these people at all. I walked in feeling really nervous and a tiny bit insecure..... I walked out feeling like a million bucks. Now they do offer for you to buy the photos at the end but honestly it's not a hard sell AT ALL.

Awful scam! I’m now 69 and have modelled in my youth and still occasionally work as an actress/film extra.Received a phone call from Vee!!!! Very charming and very persistent. Don’t actually remember making enquiries but not averse to doing some work whilst I’m retired. Started to feel interrogated and he said I’ve been chosen as one of 15 models and he wanted all the right answers to put me through! Errr….he’s never even seen my photo!!!! I started to smell a rat and I asked him why a reputable model agency would be advertising for mature models! His tone changed. I put the phone down and he continued to send me texts saying I was rude and they didn’t want me anyway! What an idiot! Had to block them and am also reporting to police for harassment! BEWARE! A genuine model agency doesn’t have to ring round looking for models!!! These scammers are only wanting you to pay for a photo shoot! Don’t give them any money!

Well what can i say from the first phone call to the last snap of the camera and everything inbetween was just amazing hair makeup costume all made you feel so relaxed so u can enjoy y⁹our shoot. Thanks everyone would highly recommend this if you get the opportunity.

My wife saw an advert purporting to be from this company on Facebook and clicked the learn more button. The next day she got a phone call from Nate, who was extremely flattering and told her she was just the sort of person that their clients were looking for - he mentioned M & S and John Lewis and said she could earn £5 - 8k a month. A quick scan of reviews raised significant concerns as to the legitimacy of this business. There is not one review from a verified user who has actually obtained a commission as a result of having a portfolio produced by these people. Nate passed me on to his manager who once she realised, I had a good knowledge of how the industry worked hung up on me. Avoid like the plague if you have any sense

I had my first photo shoot this week and I can’t speak highly enough regarding the staff and how I was treated.
I was made to feel at ease by the Manager, make up artist and photographer and the shoot put me at ease by the friendliness of the staff.
I would thoroughly recommend the company

I've been sleepless the previous night and very anxious, I'm a 63 years old lady and never had any experience in the world of fashion nor modeling even though I like fashion and I do have a good sense of styling ,but posing in front of a camera is a totally different thing.
The very friendly, caring , experienced team of stylists , make-up hair artists took over me make me, making me feel comfortable and it was as if we knew each other .I felt so comfortable with this embrace that it facilitate me to be open, be my own self , trust the process, and allow lthem to guide me, advice me , transform me through the 4 different styles. We had lots of laughter too as at some point the fabulous make-up artist transform
My face with her delicate precise maquillage and I couldn't regonise
myself in the mirror. My photographer a sweet , clever experienced young Portuguese definitely contributed on making me to perform well in front of the camera with her precious advice and guidance .
A very creative diverse environment, very professional, friendly I think I did it well and can't wait if successful to start a new chapter of my life in this new world of fashion and modeling expressing my range age I'm delighted and grateful to have trusted , Engaged with Classic Model agency and their Soho photo studio team .Thank you to all of them and I would highly recommend to anyone who want to take the opportunity but hesitate , give it a try Classic model is the place, I did it and no regrets.

Really great experience the entire team ( receptionist, MUA, photographer, & stylist, talent manager) were warm and friendly and easy to engage, helping me feel relaxed and comfortable.
I was taken through a step by step guide of the process, so that I understood everything and was able to clarify points where needed.

I was striaight
put at ease. All the staff were very very considerate, kind and very professional. The whole day ran like clockwork I was very happy!! The followup and assistance was beyond what I expected. First Rate!!

Please avoid this Classic Models. Queenie spoke to me - clearly all different names but same company.
Bit like other reviews, got promised the world, I questioned stuff but got reassured regarding photo shoot that Im in the last 5 and I defo av work - what a load of rubbish. Queenie or whoever she is..Scarlett pimponel, you should be clear & inform people with trye facts.
The Company dissolved on Gov. Once I paid £50 then the contract / terms & conditions came through - those things must be disscussed with you. Had I have known about hidden fees etc no way would I of paid £50. Hard sales tatics. If I had done the shoot Im guessing they would of pressured me to buy photos. Anyway I took a dispute up and won.
The photo company are in cahoots with classic models and its a joke.
Please all do your reasearch and dont get lead into anything

You wont get a modelling career just expensive photos and its then clear they dupe you cos in the contract it states, the photo shoot is to see if your suitable for modelling. They prey on people with underhand tactics. Disgusting

Wow, what can I say! I'm completely new to this as a mature lady of 63 years and I was so surprised to get a call from Classic Model management after clicking on the "learn more" button on their advert.
I have to say that I was put completely at ease from the start with their friendly and helpful demeanor. They sent all the information needed via email and were there at the end of the phone whenever I needed information or clarification about the process. As a 'model finding' agency they recruit and supply models of all ages, shapes and sizes and diverse looks to other model agencies. I love how they represent the varied look and diversity of everyone in society which is so refreshing in this day and age. They offered me a photo shoot at A Photo Studio Elite in Soho, London, which was a great experience with absolutely lovely staff who put me completely at ease as a newbie. This was free of charge, apart from a £50 deposit which was fully refunded after the photo shoot, this is sadly due to timewasters who have in the past, not turned up for the shoots that cost them about £500 a time. Classic Models and the photo studio were fully supportive every single step of the way. I would thoroughly recommend this agency to anyone, of what ever age, to represent them in their endeavour to break into the world of modelling, TV or film extra work etc.

Had a Photo Shoot on 27th November arrived at 11.00
Was greeted by 2 lovely girls made me feel very at ease, A lady took my change of clothes and sorted out different outfits for my shoot, All very professional Stylist was lovely made even me look good lol. Photographer took some great photos. All in all great people to work with all Very professional would highly recommend to anybody.

Attended a photoshoot today. Got pressurised into handing over £950 via extremely aggressive sales tactics. I am planning to report this SCAM to the authorities unless all paid monies are refunded by 06.12.2024 the latest.

I received a call from Rose after filling in an application for Classic Models. I was asked for a £50 deposit to secure my photography session. Alarm bells are now ringing in my head, because if this is a modelling agency, why do all the reviews focus on the test photography session? Why are there no reviews from people who have been given work by the agency?
My suspicion is that this is a photographer making money from expensive photos and that there are no modelling jobs. So I will be asking for a refund of my £50 deposit.

Had a great experience from start to finish a it was really good fun. I got there and immediately my outfits were chosen for me from the ones I took. I had my own makeup and hair stylist for each shoot which was 4 in total. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this just for the fun experience alone.

From the day classic models contacted me they were very polite and helpful, I spoke with Alex who was very nice.
When I needed any help or questions answered they were there to help.
Fully recommend classic models.

Prior to my Test Shoot, I built up a very good rapport with Alex, verbally on the phone, the Manager (at the time).
On arrival for my Test Shoot, on 29th October ‘24, I was greeted by a very hostile, angry & disrespectful person, namely, Cain. He made me feel so insignificant and worthless, and when I respectfully challenged him about his disgraceful behaviour towards me, he walked off and refused to talk with me.
Through no fault of my own, I was 30mins late due to unforeseen circumstances in central London which I made Classic Models Headoffice aware of every 10-15mins. I was totally shocked by Cain’s terrible behaviour, however, the Studio Manager and a makeup artist were very helpful, and kind, and reassured me it was not my fault, therefore redeeming my faith in the agency.
Just recently I spoke with Alex and to my surprise, he was promoted with a new team to run the studio! Alex has always been totally respectful towards me, and we continue to have a good professional relationship online until we work together in 2025.
Alex has been completely honest, amazing & his customer service skills have fully restored my faith in the company. Looking forward to future endeavours with Classic Models. Thank you so much!!
I would’ve given a 5* rating, but unfortunately Cain was a disappointment to the agency and me.

I was called about this photo shoot and it all sounded fab. Was told the work would be in Edinburgh and I possibly might have to go elsewhere. AT NO TIME was I told the photo shoot was in London until after the £50 was paid on PayPal.
This company should be upfront and honest. I have emailed the agent and the photo company and expect a full refund.
While still on the phone to queenie I explain that at no time did she say London she quickly ended the conversation saying someone would get back to me this afternoon.
I will put a complaint in with PayPal now
