Bright open space. Excellent selection of footwear and well displayed. Angela, the sales assistant had a pleasant manner, and very helpful.

We were served today in Belfast by a girl called Ellie. We were in for first shoes for my niece and Ellie was so friendly and calming. I loved how she focused on my niece and not us as shoppers. She's a treasure to the store, very welcoming! Thank you Ellie!

We went to the Clarks store in Belfast to get my daughters pre walkers. Soon as we entered Steve welcomed us and help us with everything we needed. He was polite and had so much patience and time for my 1 year old. Thankyou steve

Dawn was absolutely amazing and so kind . And she was so patient with my twins especially with my son Aiden he was very hard to measure because of his wee condition and she was so brillant helping us.

Very efficient sales service. Steve explained what type black shoe would suit me after explaining to him how often I'd be wearing it. The first pair he brought out fitted perfectly with just the right amount of room and width.

I was served by an incredibly helpful guy called Steve in the Belfast branch - unfailingly polite and could not do enough to help. He also persevered with an uncooperative gift token until it worked! A pleasure to shop in this store.

The great lay out of the shop the staff were very knowledgeable and most helpful.Also such a lovely selection of shoes I like you can get different widths in shoes at Clark’s as sometimes shoes are to narrow across my toe area. Also like Clark’s as they are a long standing company and no problem with retaining if not suitable.

Today my son Erikas got his feet measured by Joanne. She was very interactive with him which really helped because he can be quite shy. Today it al was no bother, Joanne knew exactly how to get along with him and she offered him some sweets that were in the shop. Of course that made him very happy. And we left the shop with two new lovely pairs of shoes, however, we never even planned on buying any in the first place haha

I recently visited the Belfast Store on a hunt for some casual summer wedding shoes , I found a lovely pair of tasseled loafers and they were a good fit for my wide feet. I had the most attentive service by a lovely man called Steve. He went over and above to make sure my shoe buying experience was eveything It should be. Clark’s shoes have always been known for their quality and with employees like Steve their service is too.
