Angela was excellent. Very helpful and went to a lot of bother to ensure everything was right. A real asset.

I did not expect to get a size 3 in the shoe I was looking for, but it was in stock! Staff member (Angela) served me straightaway and was most helpful and friendly.

I visited the Belfast store today where I received exceptional service from Steve. He was attentive as soon as I walked in and was available to lend a hand when I needed him. Steve was chatty and took great care with the service provided to me this afternoon. Thank you for a lovely shopping experience!

This was my 2nd time visiting the Clarks Store in Donegal Place, Belfast.
Once again the service l received was excellent.
A lady called Dawn came to my assistance and was more than helpful in helping me make my purchase. Dawn was very friendly and we had a great chat about all sorts whilst l made my purchase.
Steve, another assistant who helped me the last time l made a purchase just before Christmas was also in the store and he was as friendly as he was the last time we met.

I came in for a pair of smart, black shoes for my graduation and Steve, the gentleman fitting my shoes, was incredibly knowledgeable and diligent, helping me get the exact right fit for my admittedly difficult size. I came in looking for some leather business casual shoes that were comfortable for long days of walking and standing. Angela helped me try on various shoes of many sizes and advised me perfectly. She helped me find shoes which were extremely comfortable and snug to my feet that didn’t slip off the backs of my heels. I am extremely happy with my purchase and with the help I received from Angela!

Habe been on holiday in Northern Ireland with my mom. When in Belfast we went to Clarks because my mom loves Clarks shoes. A very nice clerk named Angela helped us to find the right size. Perfect!
