We were served almost immediately by a very friendly and helpful Jay. He measured our daughter’s feet, taking good care to make sure it was accurate. Then miracles of miracles she liked the first pair of sandals she tried. I suspect it was partly because she was won over a bit by Jay!

Steve B was extremely kind and helpful in fitting a pair of shoes. He tried different insoles etc and had plenty of time for us. Many thanks.

I visited Belfast BT1 5BA store this afternoon to buy a pair of shoes for office wear. One Sales officer, Steve helped me to get the perfect pair for me that fits my size which is a great thing. And the other great thing he did me was that he tried a several times with my gift card which hasn’t gone through the card reader but he kept trying several times with a smile on his face and never gave up. Finally my payment was successful and I am so happy that I could buy a dream pair of shoes from Clarks. All the best Steve for your career and you are a star! Thank you

Angela, in the Belfast City centre store was absolutely brilliant. She helped both me and my husband get hiking shoes that fitted well and are very comfortable. She was very helpful and knowledgeable - thank you!

Attentive assistant…Dawn was so patient, I have hard to fit feet,I must have tried 12 pairs of shoes before settling on a pair!
Clean bright store with comfortable seating !
Quality of leather not as good as in the past, my shoes squeaked so badly that o ended up returning them, and I was unhappy that I was not permitted to return the shoe care even though it wasn’t used

Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable about his products. He assisted my husband in choosing a pair of shoes and took a lot of time in measuring his foot and getting the right size and width of shoe for him.

My daughter had her shoes fitted by a lovely lady called Angela. She was very friendly and helpful advice she was great with my 5 year old daughter. They didn't have in store the size of a model my daughter wanted to try and Angela brought a different type of shoe to try and compare. She was patient and let us have our chats without interfering. Looked after by Steve today in the Belfast store. Extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately what we were looking for was out of stock in my son’s size, but that wasn’t Steve’s fault. We did leave with a pair of trainers, but unfortunately not the school shoes. Steve advised going back with some more information on what shoes my son already has, instead of just ordering a pair and hoping for the best. Thank you Steve 😁😁

Angela was very helpful and friendly and even though I asked for a size 5 and finally settled for a half size smaller she was very courteous and understanding.

Really great experience buying shoes for my 3 year old in the Belfast city centre store.
As we entered, my son loudly said he was “excited and nervous” about getting his feet measured. Angela came out, introduced herself to him and explained everything she was going to do. He had a great time, and even hugged her as we left.
