Jay served us in Belfast store. We were purchasing my son’s school shoes. He was very helpful. Sized and fitted shoes with good knowledge. Very pleasant experience.

Jorja in Belfast was so helpful with my little girl picking her shoes for P1! So patient and kind. Thank you Jorja!

Steve in the Belfast store was very helpful today with getting school shoes sorted for my 4 year old. He was honest in his advice and demonstrated specialist knowledge when it came to fitting and insoles etc. Steve made our decision very quick and easy with his professionalism!

We had booked in for a fitting appointment for school shoes for my three girls and Steve could not have been more helpful. He was really patient and knowledgeable and made sure the girls’ shoes fitted perfectly.

Served today in Belfast by Steve, who provided a fantastic level of service. We went in looking for a specific pair of school shoes, which unfortunately were not in stock. But Steve helped with checking other stores for stock, eventually finding a pair similar that we were able to purchase in store. Would highly recommend, fantastic customer service and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Angela was the sales person. I was going to leave the shop as I did not like my first choice of shoes another but Angela pursaded me to try another pair which I bought. A first class sales person.

Amazing customer service from Ellie in the Belfast store. My little girl is very independent but Ellie charmed her and managed to size her and find a beautiful pair of shoes.

I’ve been coming to clark’s to get school shoes for the past couple years and every year it’s the same amazing service. This year Joanne helped me pick out school shoes and she was just lovely. She made sure that the shoes fitted me perfectly by offering insoles and heel grips to me to make sure I have the perfect fitting shoes. Joanne was amazing at helping me out and she was quite funny as well thank you!

Ellie was fantastic with my autistic son in the Belfast store. School shoe shopping is something I always dread but Ellie had the patience of a saint with my son. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She made him feel relaxed and listened to how he felt in each pair of shoes. Honestly the easiest year for us. Would highly recommend Ellie she is such an asset to your company.

I brought my 18 month old grand daughter into the Donegal Place, Belfast store. The staff, in particular Dawn, were very welcoming and made my grand daughter feel very special while measuring her feet and trying on shoes. She loves the two pairs she picked!! We will definitely be back soon.
