My mother was served by Jurgita today at the Bedford Store. Jurgita was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. My mother ended up buying two pairs of shoes and was very pleased with her purchases. Overall we received a great experience and would definitely do back to this store again.

We were attended to by Daniel in the Bedford store. He was pleasant and helpful in getting our daughters’ feet measured and finding shoes that suited them. He also gave advice on the aftercare for patent leather shoes we bought. Overall great experience that felt personalised amidst the busy back to school shoe shopping chaos!

Ollie and Daniel were very helpful today during my first ever school show shop with my little girl. The process to being assisted was organised and smooth, and Ollie was quite knowledgeable about shoe fittings which helped put me at ease. Would recommend to anyone who needed school shoes for their little ones.

Went in late to the shop just before closing but the staff, particularly Huwaida, was very helpful and caring.
She advised us to use the online service and tonight have ordered the sandals which will arrive post free.
Will certainly go back to the shop, just a pity there isn't one in town and we have to go out to the retail park.

We booked an appointment for two kids at Clark’s Bedford interchange today. Fantastic service by Farhana. Farhana made the process super easy, made my children feel special and important by the way she spoke to them. An extra special first pair of school shoes for starting reception. Farhana made it extra easy for us parents too. We were not in the mood for shoe shopping on a busy Saturday but she measured their feet and picked out some great shoes for us so we were in and out in about ten mins. Thank you Farhana so much.

We walked in to an exceptionally busy store yesterday, however Jurgita made our experience wonderful.
Amongst the chaos and screaming children, she focused on my two daughters with full-attention without rushing us, ensuring the feet were measure correctly, and spoke us through with great detail everything about the school shoes of their choice. I have been to a few Clarks stores before and told we cannot have a particular type of shoe due to fit, however Jurgita made it her goal to ensure my children had their right of choice whilst ensuring maximum comfort. This was the BEDFORD store in the interchange.
I will now continue to buy my shoes from this particular store, in the hopes I am served by Jurgita every time. What a wonderful lady she is.

Jasmine in the Bedford Interchange Retail Park served us. My 3 children had their feet measured and new school shoes purchased for 2 of them. Jasmine was very helpful and kind, particularly with my boys who are both autistic with sensory difficulties around shoes that make them very picky.

When your child walks out the store and says thats the best guy we've had you know you've got to leave a review. Aaron was amazing, listened to my concerns re girls shoes and found pairs based on what I asked for. Superb customer service. Best experience we've had school shoe shopping in 5 years!

I visited the Bedford store this afternoon with my granddaughter to have her feet measured to get some school shoes. Luckily we picked a fairly quiet time and only waited for about 5 minutes for our number to be called. We were approached by a young lady called Huwaida who proceeded to measure my granddaughter's feet which she did thoroughly & gently. She took her time and explained her size & width. Once we had selected the shoes we wanted Huwaida went & got some which unfortunately my granddaughter said pinched a bit. She went off again & bought some different ones, again taking her time, patiently putting them on my granddaughter. We did purchase a pair in the end. Huwaida is a very pleasant young lady, she is knowledgeable and has a lovely gentle way with her. A great asset to the shop.

Jurgita in the Bedford Interchange branch was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Excellent customer service. She allowed my daughter to try on the various school shoes she liked and gave advice on fit for better comfort.

Got seen very quickly. Nothing was too much bother for lovely Sienna who served us in the Bedford store today. My Son got that they both thought fit the best.

Jurgita was very helpful. My son has over a size difference from one foot to the other and Jurgita was very thorough with trying the best options for him. His shoes fit a treat. Many thanks.

We were gone for shoe shopping without an online appointment at Bedford store. But didn’t wait for too long. Vaneesha helped us for finding the correct shoes for our son. She was very lovely with our son. We really love the experience shopping with Clarks.

We attended Clark’s in Bedford today and the service was outstanding from start to finish. We were served by Ahlam, who was so polite, helpful and knowledgable about the shoes and sizing. One of my daughters suffered with sensory issues and Ahlam was so accommodating to this and offered lots of helpful solutions to enable her to make choices. She is a wonderful member of staff and please thank her from us all.

Ordered sandals online for delivery to store; tried on in shop, felt too big, but was persuaded by salesperson they were fine. Tried on again at home, definitely too big, took back next day, (different) very helpful salesperson who sorted me out and got smaller pair ordered. Sandals received and are fine, but nowhere near quality of pair is bought a few years ago and not enough adjustment available on straps - adequate given I bought on sale, but not worth paying full whack for these

We were served by Luke. Although he was new, he was very attentive, engaging and extremely helpful. Great work by the whole team at Bedford store
