Munazza was absolutely great with our 4 year old granddaughter. She was patient and genuinely helped our granddaughter choose which pair of trainers to have.

Happy with the service, especially Ahlam was very helpful with choosing right shoes for my daughter!

Sunil served us quickly and with a smile. He spent lots of time with my two young daughters (5 and 3) making sure their shoes fit and putting them at ease. They loved him! We will be back when their baby brother starts walking a bit more to fit his first shoes ❤️

Sienna was absolutely lovely in helping me find some sandals for a wedding
Luckily she didn’t have the posh ones in stock so I bought the comfy ones

Sienna in the Bedford branch was AMAZING! She was incredibly professional and also very personable. She listened and understood what my 9 year old daughter wanted and found great choices that were a great balance for her age and style. She is brilliant at her job. Thank you Sienna. X

I visited the Bedford Store yesterday to get my daughter’s feet measured and to buy some shoes for summer. We were served by Julie, who could not have been more helpful! Absolutely fantastic service and patience while my 2 year old had a minor meltdown over what shoes she wanted. We have bought nearly all her shoes from this store and will continue to do so for many years to come I expect!

We was helped by Sienna at the Bedford store. Amazing service, was seen to straight away to get my daughters feet measured and went above and beyond to find the shoes that my daughter liked in a size that fit her feet. We walked in just to get her feet measured and walked out with 2 pairs of shoes and a protective spray to stop them getting dirty.

Sienna was super helpful and didn’t give up on us.

Always pleased with the service and choice here. Owen was very helpful with getting suitable school shoes for my children, who are hard to buy for as they have wide feet.

Sunit was very helpful today, helping me pick out two pairs of shoes for my 18 month old daughter. He made her feel very comfortable, and she left the store with a big smile on her face. Sunit even caught us before leaving the store to return a teddy bear we had left on the seat. I also picked up how kind he was to his staff, and the staff appeared to respond to this. Will definitely return again because of the excellent service.

The assistant that served me was Imani. I was unsure about the width need and she asked if I would like my feet measured to ensure we knew the correct width. Having described the shoes I like she found a pair the fitted and I liked. The assistant was polite, helpful and had an extremely pleasant manner. The whole experience was great for someone who doesn’t like shopping.

Went to Bedford Clarks store. Had seen some boots online but not in my size. Sunit without hesitation helped me find them on the Clarks website - he arranged to get them ordered to my local store. He was so helpful and it's not the 1st time he has helped find stock elsewhere.

The sales assistant, Sunit, at the Bedford store was so very helpful. He is a treasure. Clarks - you need to hang onto him!

Today I purchased a pair of lightweight Solevana trainers from the Clark’s store in Bedford Interchange, very happy with my purchase. The whole process was made particularly pleasant when on entering the store I was greeted by Sienna, she was then very attentive and helped me with getting the trainers on ( I have arthritis) and this was very much appreciated an asset to Clarks.

The team were amazing and could not do more for us. Julie was great with my daughter who really struggles to stay still and took the time to find what she was comfortable wearing. Cannot rate them highly enough.
