Love this office, the grounds, facilities and staff team are all fabulous. Never had an issue, management team so helpful.

A fantastic location offering a workspace solution for all organisation and individuals!

I work for a large global organisation but find using the shared office space at Citibase truly brilliant, it has made a huge difference to my working pattern brought back a sense of community even at a time of remote working.

Jess is just brilliant and helps in every way possible while managing the centre extreamly professionally and always greets everyone with a smile to start or finish their day at work.

An excellent, professional and friendly place to work - would not be without it!

I would highly recommend Citibase (Halesowen) it is a lovely place to work in, the receptionist (Jessica) is very friendly and welcoming. She pays regular visits to checkin to see if we need any support within the offices and is very solution orientated when, those unforeseen circumstances arise! Overall the place is kept clean and tidy and all relevant information is easy to obtain i.e. Health & Safety and Fire evacuation notices. For those smaller office rooms the windows are a great feature in themselves they are big and let in a lot of light with appealing views. If your looking for professionalism and a friendly office spaces Citibase is the place for you!

What can I say Jess and Emily are amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble and if we have a problem they're always there to quickly find a solution.
The offices are great and well maintained.

I have had an office in Citibase for in excess of 10 years. The services is excellent, as are the staff. As a serviced office, it portrays the image of me having a fully staffed office, and also offers meeting rooms for hire by the hour. For any small business that wants a postal address, telephone answering service and other flexible options it is perfect.

We hired the meeting room at Bewdley Citibase for a two day business conference and was very happy with the facilities. The centre staff were extremely helpful and kept us topped with refreshments throughout the days. The room was cleaned over night ready for the next day with regular wipes downs during our break periods. All our belongings were securely logged in the room overnight meaning we didn't have to take things away and bring them back the following day.
Overall I'd highly recommend hiring the meeting rooms at Bridge House Bewdley.

Citibase Bewdley is a modern building with excellent facilities. The interview rooms are clean and pleasant with plenty of chairs and table space.
Excellent location right next to Bewdley Bridge - would highly recommend.

I have been working at Citibase Bristol Aztec West for a year now. Office building is clean, tidy and has plenty of free parking.
The best thing about working here is the reception staff. They are wonderful and I couldn’t ask more for a friendly and helpful team. A massive shout-out to Tanya who is always willing to help with a smile on her face!

I have been a tenant with Citibase at two different sites in Newcastle since August 2020. At a time when business and everyday life was disrupted because of the pandemic, Newcastle Dean Street felt a safe environment to conduct my work, with amenities such as The Hub being available if a change of environment was needed.

I moved over to Citibase Newcastle Market Street in August 2021, taking advantage of an office becoming available. I am very fond of the staff here and it is reassuring to know that they are available should I have any concerns. Even with a change in management, the same wonderful ethos remains.

Both sites have excellent business facilities that include a plethora of offices and meeting rooms, but notably, the staff are exceptional as they are always willing to listen to their tenants and assist in any way that they can, providing a comfortable and secure setting. They are a big reason why I am happy at Citibase.

Daniel Luppu at Fox Court was exceptional in helping our team move into our new office space. Daniel was incredibly professional, analytical and able to leverage all available resources to ensure customer service was the best possible level for our team.

Office base at Citibase Bristol Business Park. Manager, Tina helpful and reactive to any queries. Good location with easy access.

The meeting room at Citibase Cambridge is a superb space. The room is both welcoming and professional. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits (also sweeties!) make the difference. The welcome from reception staff, Josh and Diane today, couldn’t have been better. I will continue to use this space as my go-to meeting room venue.

Booked the meeting g room for a group of 10 ladies, room was so spacious, clean and airy, refreshments very much appreciated, Beth and Victoria as usual amazing, thank you very much louise

Reception staff are very friendly and nothing is ever a problem for them. The building is very well looked after and the monthly rent is reasonably. Highly recommend.

Jane and Mel in the Watford office are extremely helpful and friendly. They are always happy to help.

Office building is clean, tidy and plenty of parking. This is expected however the reception staff must be credited with not only a friendly and helpful approach but always there to react if any problems arise. Always a pleasure seeing them daily.
