So far I’ve had the best experience at Citibase. Center manager Katrina has been spot on in making us feel at home. She seems to have a good relationship with the different business owners and enjoys bringing everyone together. I see a long term business partnership with Katrina and Citibase.

Close to the station and all the amenities that Watford has to offer. Staff are great, place is always clean and there's generally a positive vibe about the place.

Words can't describe how great the team are at Citibase in Halesowen. Jessica and Charlotte are amazing very helpful, well organised and very friendly. I genuinely appreciate all the support. The girls went beyond to ensure all paperwork was completed on time and we had a smooth move in. I would definitely recommend Citibase in Halesowen to anyone looking for Office Space. You will not be disappointed. Once again thank you very much.

Recently moved in to offices at Trinity Point, staff are friendly, helpful & professional. Kitchen, hub and meeting rooms are available and are all kept very clean and tidy. Minor issue with wifi but this is being sorted out shortly.

Recently moved into office in Halesowen so far our experience has been excellent everyone seems friendly, clean environment and office management very helpful.

Office space is clean and good quality furniture.

Do not go with citibase they steal and are involved in criminal activity... lee Street .. an do not respond to request asked ..they took £880 deposit an I have not heard back from them since regarding a request an can not get through as they have blocked my number

They have robbed me for my deposit on a building I rented from them
In easy hub hangler lane my name is rare hub studio they have not responded to my emails and do not answer my calls till this day my property left in room has been destroyed and my deposit has been stolen

Aaron and Grace at Citibase in Uxbridge have been excellent! They are efficient, deal with any queries I have in a prompt and friendly manner and are always on hand to support. Thank you both, really appreciate the efforts you go to!

I rented an office in citi base oldtrafford The office space was not suitable for the purpose intended. After ending my lease I did not receive my full deposit back. Upon reading the contract it stated monies will be taken from the deposit for decorating and cleaning . The money had not been used for cleaning or decorating and the room was left to an excellent standard but yet they kept 50% of my deposit without good reason. I asked for receipts none given.

My staff have been trying to get into our office for the last 3 days, on Christmas Day we had a huge disaster, our fobs stopped working when we needed to attend to emergency matters which could only be dealt with at the office as that is where the computers are & our hotel keys are kept.

Because of the fobs not working at the office we had to refund our hotel guests and pay for extra locksmiths just to open doors because we couldn’t get the spare keys from the office which is absurd. In total, we lost our on almost £300 for Christmas day plus extra staff wages for running around to sort this mess out on a festive day.

My team chased Paynton Carter who is the Centre Operations Manager @ Citibase - George Nott House, all she did was give vague responses and not do ANYTHING TO HELP.
This is day 3 now, and we are still unable to enter our office, we can’t do any operational work, and this is affecting our business as we can’t operate without our computers & we need the keys to enter the apartment.

This is what she had to say:
“It is unclear, I am working with the landlord to get
this recitatives as soon as possible, as soon as I hear anything I will let you know”

We also was supposed to have our door handle lock fixed but it’s been over 3 months and it’s still not been fixed.

We are a 7 day a week business and we can’t even enter out the office to access our computers. 
Absolutely atrocious.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THIS LOCATION.

I have hired the office since 2021 and both Debbie and Ian are super helpful .The office is very clean and properly managed.I couldn’t asked for better office space than Citibase Botley Road .

I visited citibase old trafford for an appointment but arrived 2 hours early. David who does admin was so welcoming and kept me company offered me tea and Mince pies whilst I waited. He is an asset to citybase thank you!

Since leasing my office at the beginning of 2022 the Citibase team at Milburn House, Newcastle have been fantastic. Excellent customer service and always available to help or to answer any queries I may have. Your efforts are very much appreciated. Thank you for making the step from working at home really easy for me.

We have recently moved to our new office in worcester. Kay has been fantastic at helping us settle into our new space. Always greets us with a smile and very easily approachable if needed.
