We have rented a serviced office here many times over the years. Kay and Vicky are always on hand to help out and make sure the centre is managed and help with anything that we need, can't rate them highly enough!

Serviced offices with serious ventilation problems. Sales Team have ignored our complaints for almost 3 months. Aircon not working in the building and extractor fan from the Burrito kitchen is connected straight into the office leaving a lingering smell of food. We have not been able to use our office during this time and are expected to still pay full rental price which is outrageous.
Toilets are also a disgrace and kitchen is only cleaned in the evenings so it just gets more dirty as the day goes by.
The standards of these serviced offices are terrible and would not recommend.

I returned to the office following a serious accident that has left me with temporary mobility issues. Not only was I returning to work but also to a different location from where I had been based previously.
I was extremely anxious to return, and to an unfamiliar office.

The anxiety was short lived as on my entry to the office I was greeted by Jess who got up from her desk and opened the door for me. She could see that I was struggling with my millions of bags and crutches. My injuries have left me requiring assistance quite a lot but most of the time I rarely take it as I do not want to be a burden. However, Jess did not make me feel this way. I felt genuine care.

I was shown to my new office and given details of locations of toilets and also made aware of what to do should there be a fire and I need to evacuate the building. I felt the anxiety shift and had a great first day.

I have been working from Halesowen office for a few weeks now and the level of service has remained the same. There is always service with a smile and above all I feel safe in this space. Any queries are dealt with straight away no matter how busy Jess and Kaz are (bare in mind they are always busy) but always happy to help!

Great location and facilities, supported and delivered by the excellent Jess and Karen.

For anyone looking for serviced office space in this area, I would highly recommend these offices. Not only will you find the rates competitive (trust me, I regularly check other providers) but the day to day service received from the team here is second to none, nothing is too much trouble. More than that, although the office is used by many separate businesses and individuals, when you arrive each day you really are made to feel that you are part of a community.

Watford is a great place to work from, we are only here while our company shuts down but the team have been great throughout.

Newcastle Dean Street is a great location and beautiful building with so much character

Both Paula & Beth were super helpful and kind enough to ensure all my requirements were met by providing me with a safe space for me to hold my meeting they even provided me with refreshments such as bottled water, sweets and access to tea and coffee!

They both truly went above and beyond to make my experience great. They're a credit to Milburn house i will absolutely be using this service again in the near future! Thank you!

We have had an office with Citibase in Bellshill for 3+ years. The staff are very friendly and always on hand when required. The building is modern and facilities are kept clean.

Very positive experience. The room was exactly what we needed, great value for money and well located. The service from local team couldnt be faulted. They went above and beyond in terms of helping with things we needed in the room.

We will be back!

Citibase, Brighton is a great location and beautiful building. It's brilliant that it has parking, which is hard to come by in central brighton. I love the windows and tall ceilings. Nik and Claire are great managers and also make coming to work a joy. I love coming to work to Citibase, Brighton.

Staff are always helpful and attentive, the site is always clean and tidy. The center is secure and located in a convenient position.

We have been working from Citibase Brighton now for 9 months and are very pleased with the entire set up. The Citibase team are very easy to work with, the location and facility fits our needs perfectly. Its nice to work amongst a great collection of similar SME's also.

The Citibase Brighton staff are excellent. Nothing is too much and they are always friendly. The building is great, has a mixture of historic and new to make working there a pleasure.

We just moved in to a new office at Citibase Brighton and the transition has been smooth and the staff at the reception have been kind and helpful.

Staff are approachable and friendly, good on site restaurant with self-service option outside of the core hours. Only complaint would be the heating which is being addressed with the landlord.

I have been based at EasyHub Horsham for about 2 months now. The staff have been very accommodating and friendly. The office is in a great location and is always very clean and tidy.

I have now based here with my work for 8 months and the Citibase staff have been accommodating, helpful, responsive and utterly professional from the start. The premises are kept to a high standard and facilities are very good. The easy of positioning just outside Oxford city centre and the access from main commuting routes is perfect, with the large carpark of one of the city's park and rides situated next door makes it an ideal place to work and then extend your day with access to the Oxford on your door step.
