If I could give them no stars I would . This is the worst company ever. They advertised for a human hair, 360 frontal. I received a synthetic wig with some kind of fake leather in the front. It was horrible. PLEASE DONT GET SCAMMED. They say a full refund but you have to return the merchandise to China even though mine came from New Jersey.

Like others have said, this is a fake place, fake A cust serv. FAKE WIGS. I received costume wigs. They steal legitimate photos from other sites. I suggest we all contact the BBB as well.

Please DON’T purchase anything from Ciciwigs. FAKE FAKE FAKE!! I order 3 wigs suppose to be human hair( which they weren’t). The wigs I received wasn’t even what I ordered. The is a SCAM SCAM SCAM!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Take it from someone who knows. Checking the box below isn’t going to change anything. Ciciwigs already KNOW!! I’ll definitely let everybody I know NOT to purchase anything/nothing from them. Everybody needs to here about them.

RIP OFF. BUYER BEWARE. THEY R A SCAM. U will NOT get the wigs u order. Pics R all Bait n Switch. After U purchase they delete photos of what U ordered & change the names of the wigs on their website. Thid is being CATFISH'd by a wig company ! All their wigs R the same. Fake Synthetic Smelly Straight or Wavy Shaggy Shedding Junk Wigs ! They R definitely NOT human hair nor lace front, no baby hair, not pre plucked. This company is a joke & will steal your $$ & will not respond to any emails or complaints. If u got scammed by them pray U used PayPal 4 your pymt method! This company goes by other names too not just CiCi or CeCe. They R also Choolor, Onlywig, Bigbigwig, Fancyplus, Costomi, Meetuhair & the list goes on n on !! Every1 needs 2 report them 2 the FTC FCC BBB FBI SSA ICCC or IC3 & the list goes on ! These SCAMMERS need STOPPED & now !!

CiCi Wigs deserve a zero rating. You will NOT get what you ordered. I ordered 5 different style wigs. I received 3 of the same style & the other 2 was the same. NONE was what I ordered. I found this very strange so I looked up CiCi Wigs on YouTube & on BBB website. They have over a 100 complaints in the last 3 years against their Fulfillment Center. From what I read, you may have more success in getting a refund from your credit card company or PayPal than from these jokers/scammers.

If I could have given it no stars I would have!! This company is a complete scam, selling Halloween cosplay wigs that’s supposed to be of human quality!! Lies!! I mean I guess you can’t be too mad, paying $19.00 for a wig thinking it’s gonna be top notch, that’s our fault in a way but at the same time they shouldn’t be advertised as such. NEVER AGAIN!! The one star is pushing it..nothing I ordered came as seen on pictures..nothing..tacky..half sewn..not even colors or style I ordered..Halloween wigs are of better quality ..so cheated..I will never again wheres the lace?smh in being flat face cheated and stolen from

Please do not purchase from this company. I ordered two wigs over a month ago. Looking at the reviews, I decided to email cici wigs to cancel the order, which they ignored. They sent out two wigs which were plastic not human as advertised. The smell of the wigs was bad. I sent numerous emails and got no response. I have now got PayPal involved. Don't get caught out by this fake company

Cici wigs a scam they sent me five wigs that I didn't order terrible with then they're going to give me the hook and dagger on I got to provide what time the mailman came the concierge name everything I did everything they asked me and then they finally send me an email telling me I got to pay for the shipping and handling on the return and that I'm only going to be sieve half my payment of what I paid for the wigs. If anybody deal with CiCi wigs their fool. They might have got that little bit of money out of me $70 but I'm telling you if y'all pass the word until people not to deal with them they'll be not able to scam as many people as they've been able to do. I'm at the ticket to post I'm going to go to Facebook Twitter and Instagram

Lies, sent back the wigs that i didn't order on Nov.29,2019. Only to receive it back today(2/28/2020) and still haven't gotten my refund back yet . Close this company down I want my money back. I filled out all necessary paperwork that they requested and still waiting for a full refund. Totally unacceptable!!!!! Never again

Omg! What can I say. Please runaway from this company...Do not let them smelly and plastic wigs full you. They should of close this website or this company for selling what they said they don’t have. Horrible,fake products.

NONE of the four wigs that I ordered looked anything like the pictures. The lace front wigs did not have the lace fronts. The company refused to provide a refund, unless I shipped the wigs back, at my own expense. Absolutely ridiculous! Don't waste your money. Pay a little more and get a better quality...from a company that is honest and provides better customer service. I am so disappointed.

I purchased a wig that should have never been sold. Taking it out of the package it shedded so bad I was appalled. It was cut in several places making it more difficult to even wear it. I want to return this. It was a waiste of time and money. Poorly Made!!!!!!!!!

Order 8 wigs. They sent me the Wrong wigs all 8. Then on top of that all 8 wigs were the exact same. I wear short wigs they sent me long wigs. It took over 3 weeks to get them in the mail. I tried to contact them through the email they gave and 2 weeks later they still have not answered my email. I ordered the wigs for a couple of events. I have to now go buy a wig or two for my event. Which means I have to spend more money.

This company is the worst. Everything that I could possibly say has been said. Thieves, scammers and crooks. I wish that I had not been so excited and blind about a good deal that I didn't check them out before ordering. I ordered three wigs and received three wigs not fit for Holloween, but the trash. What I received was not what was advertised. How can they be allowed to continue to operate? How can PayPal continue to service them with such a bad track record?
Disappointed on every level. I will never order on line unless I know the company. I will never do business with any company using PayPal. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for what's it worth. I am completely done.
