Horrible wigs they don't look the same as the internet picture

Wow this is unbelievable first off they took almost a month to ship and then when it did everything was wrong it’s not even the style wig I selected EVERYTHING WAS WRONG COLOR LENGTH AND THE HAIR IS PLASTIC THERE IS NO CONTACT TO REACH THEM I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST ON GOD IM SO MAD I WANT MY MONEY BACK I’m on my way to the return address now

Horrible wigs. They offer lace front human wigs and they are beautiful on the site but after getting them in the mail. Plastic party city wigs.

Disappointed. The wigs were totally different from what I ordered and now I see I've been scammed. I'm anger as hell. F......A$$holes

I brought 3 wigs and the 3 was wrong color style and I reached out and asked for a refund and I never heard anything from them. It's easy for them to just take our money when they sending wrong products. I still want my money back I had an bad experience with them and they rather not care.. You reading this cici wigs GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND TAKE THESE RAGGEDY WIGS BACK!!!!! Sad thing I been emailing them since Dec and not even an relpy nothing... This crap is costume wigs and they not being truthful that they are not as they say... Pis beyond

WARNING WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BAD BUSINESS

If I could leave this blank I would. I ve been going back and forth with this suspect company. After complaining the same day I received my shipment the vendor sent me this response which i thought was completely outrageous.......Dear Customer, Thanks for your response. There is a little difference between ads and the real product.(WHY IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE) We don’t have the totally same product. (AGAIN WHY DNT YOU HAVE THE EXACT PRODUCT) We feel regret that our product didn’t meet your expectation. We will try our best to do better.
They then offer me a 20%refund or the option of full refund once they receive there product back however I'm responsible for shipping. Luckily for me and anyone going thur yh iui s I contacted PayPal directly and they will reimburse you $30 of the shipment price. Due to ttg he Convirus it cost me 46.47 to send however that's ok. I want my money back and this company to be closed down.

I regretted not checking Cici wig review before ordering from them. The are scarmers of the highest order, its everything every body wrote about them. They sent wigs that has no meaning. Completely different from what I bought and I spent over $400. How do I get my money back.

This wig company is a rip-off to consumers, please do not purchase their wigs, they are garbage.

I wouldn't give them one star if I had that option. I am truly offended at the trash I received today. The quality poor, and on top of that, what I received looks like 4 of the same wig. I am angry and leaving a review everywhere I can. I believe I received someone else's order because these are certainly not the wigs I ordered. No matter what, it doesn't change the fact of the poor quality and the sandwich bag packaging. Thieves, do not order from them.!!!!

Where do I begin. Cut my hair off due to color/heat damage so I needed a couple of wigs until my hair grew back where I felt comfortable with it. Came across Ciciwigs website and I saw two wigs that I liked and were affordable. Now I ordered them around thanksgiving holidays so I assumed the price slash was due to Halloween post sale or Black Friday Holiday Sale. WAS I WRONG. The wigs as described were supposed to be human hair, lace front had natural coloring, etc. They were different lengths. I received their package and the wigs were absolutely nothing like the description. NOTHING! NO LACE, which I would have been ok with but one wig was blonde, one was brown they were both the same length. Fake plastic like hair, definitely synthetic. Did not even try them on went right back in the box figured they made a mistake and they would replace with the real thing. I WAS WRONG AGAIN. Contacted them via email and their response was that they did not have the product that I ordered. OK
But they would give me like 5% refund if I kept the fake items they sent me. There was a ton of back and forth that lead to nowhere. I though they would own up to their mistake and send return label to alleviate shipping costs for their mistake. I WAS WRONG AGAIN! Anyhow $26 dollars later I shipped their crappy item back to China and I am supposed to get a refund back through PayPal for my purchase only, the shipment back was out of pocket for me. Please save yourself the time, hassle and stress NEVER order from these people. Products are fake, pictures they advertise are fake, shipping back to China costs almost as much as the product. BIG SCAM Stay away!

I was scammed as well, I also didnt know PayPal wasnt going g to help as I thought it was suppose to be protection in these type of shopping experiences. I tried contacting the company through the receipt email, and was postmastered back the email did not exist and one that said it was full to try again again later??? How in TF are emails addresses ever full? So I contacted PayPal, I finally received a response from the seller who says they will refund 10% of 76 dollars and keep the smelly crappy POS wigs. 10% of 76 is $7.60!!! I SAID NO THANKS. WHAT HAPPENED TO 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!!! And like everybody else on here and other places they want you to send it back and pay the charges. I am not paying to return something that is clearly not my mistake. I am co acting my CC company to dispute it. It's a Visa so I have purchase protection even if it's a debt card. For all of those who are not getting help with PaypalI highly suggest contacting your card company as well as the BBB, Your Local Attorney General's Office and the fraud dept of the USPS,... Do it now dont dont wait

Awful experience, going through chemotherapy and I purchased 2 wigs human hair they looked like clown wigs from the dollar store that were synthetic hair that a person would wear for Halloween the hair was falling out of the wigs as I took them out of the bags. When I wanted to return the wigs no response. Tried disputing it with my credit card company. I mailed the wigs back paid 15.00 to ship it and they never responded saying they got the garbage wigs back. As if a cancer patient needs to be ripped off, but despite that no one should have to experience a SCAM

False advertising! I got 2 of the same thing and there was NO LACE in either of them! DO NOT order anything from this website

I'm blown away by what all that I'm reading. I thought as best, I would find a complaint or 2. To see that this company has scammeded so many us, is appalling. And I'm sure many more, whom have not left a review here. Please ladies, let's all insure this company never does business again. Contact every fraud and business division as stated in a comment below. If this company does not respond and allow a refund to be made.

I purchase a wig with this company and they will not respond to emails I sent to them at all am very angry they even have my phone number still nothing. the Bob I ordered was or look like doll hair color was awful the stitching was really bad it is so fake and ugly and I spent good money on this terrible wig. this company needs to give refunds and get it right make your customers happy and stop ignoring us. do the right thing respond to us give a refund and stop making customers jump through these hoops for refund,this is not good for your company to keep doing good paying customers this way!!

I spent 400$ with company ; I received party city’s wigs. The company wouldn’t do a refund nor respond to emails.
