I will never purchase another product from this company. Finally got a response from them, they offered 5% back for refund on item only. You pay shipping cost again after you've already paid almost as much for shipping cost as the hair. I have never been so disappointed and dissatisfied with a company before as I am with this one. They don't even deserve one 🌟. Just a rip off. The thing about it, they know they are. But God sees it all. We live and learn. I don't recommend this company to my worst enemy. They really need to be held accountable, and they will on Judgement Day.

BE CAREFUL THEY ALSO HAVE ANOTHER BS WEBSITE CALLED KOKO HAIR THEY ARE ALL CONNECTED I TRIED GETTING A REFUND RIGHT AFTER I ORDERED THEY KEPT TELLING ME MY ORDER WAS ALREADY SHIPPED SO I WENT THROUGH PAYPAL AND DID A COMPLAINT BECAUSE I ORDERED ON THE 24th OF FEBRUARY AND DIDNT RECEIVE THE ORDER UNTIL MARCH 28th AND IT WAS NOT WORTH IT THEY SENT SOMETHING WITH A RUBBER PART AND TO TOP IT OFF ITS 6 OF THEM AND EVERYONE OF THEM ARE TRASH SCALP IS RUBBER

I purchased a buy two get one free special. This is not human hair! I also followed their steps for a refund and never received it! Do not purchase from this company!

Wow!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered three wigs on March 13 and I am still waiting for them. Sounds like they are not going to be worth the wait 😡😡

Its obvious when you go to the website the prices are super cheap it looks like a scam how are you going to get 24 inches of human hair for $26 come on people use your brain

I bought a baby hair frontal lace golden wig with human hair. When I got my wig and opened the package it was clearly plastic and not human hair it also was a bleached blonde color so it wasn't even the color I wanted and there was no lace whatsoever, and it just had the quality of a wig you would get at the dollar store for your 6 year old daughter. It was just completely horrible do NOT buy it!!!!!!

wow. i never would have thought i would see the day that i write a bad review on a company. very very unprofessional! i ordered two wigs from this company on March 14th, received a confirmation email, have yet to receive any other information on my order. they took my money and their email isn’t real. i have emailed them 3 TIMES about my order and still nothing. the fact that this hair company thinks it’s okay to steal people’s hard earned money is beyond me. please get this website BANNED. they are openly robbing from people and that’s not right.

Please do not buy these wigs. I looked at all the reviews they provided before I bought them and everything seemed legit. They had videos and realize views( that they stole) I went back to order the same wig for a friend and that same wig had no reviews they changed the whole site in 3 minutes different prices and everything. So I googled the company and saw all the bad reviews and pictures of the wigs. I was disgusted. That next morning I filed a dispute with the bank and received my money back just from the bank within a week. During this time cici wigs had already shipped the order. I eventually got the order and when I tell you the wigs were plastic not even synthetic no lace at all TERRIBLE. They have several different sites but they use the same deep red background be very careful

This crap has got to stop. I ordered two wigs 2 weeks ago and this ia the crap they sent me. Ya know, if this phucked up government of ours is going to allow foreign trade at least make sure your ppl arent being phucking robbed. I ordered Brazilian Water wave and receieved some costume hair that wasn't even a lace wig. Just some garbage ash wig with a white rubber thing in place of the part down the middle. And to think, I ordered from CiCi from review off a co-worker. I sent them an email telling them they need sent me my ordered wigs and to my amazement, I never received an email back or the right wig. So not only are they lying about their wigs, they are scamming. I can't wait for the class action lawsuit I will happily be a part of.

There wigs are just bad! I should of checked the reviews! No lace front the wig part is terrible it was glued together something I could have did it at home if I was looking for something quick and so so. Will not be back! 😠

I ordered 4 wigs from them 2 weeks ago, they arrived yesterday. These mfs sent me some straight bs. 3 of the wigs are exactly the same and 1 wig I didn't even order. I been emailing the company and haven't gotten any response. I'm p'd the f off cause the Mfs won't give me my money back. CICI WIGS IS A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!! I hope everybody who work for CICI WIGS catch the coronavirus!!!!!!!!!

Do not order from this company I ordered three wigs and every one of them that I got was a costume wig /Halloween wig and the order took way longer to deliver and then they said when I contacted them which was a email to a random person rather than a company, I was contacted back and told that I had to give all this information in order to have my refund , the information had to be turned in in a certain amount of time! long story short they never responded back I never received my money back and the wigs were fake I lost so much money on this site and I referred it to my friends which made me even sicker someone please find a way to shut them down this is so wrong!!!

I normally don't write reviews about other companies but this one deserves to have the truth written about them. I ordered the CiCiWig®| 360 Lace Wig Pixie Boycuts Layered Super Short Straight Wig | Human Hair | Black/Brown/Golden Wig in the black and they sent a synthetic bob wig in the gold. I have followed procedures as the website directs you to follow when trying to do a return and they have yet to respond. I kind of felt that when I was ordering this product that something was off about the company because I had seen these wig else where on other business websites. So, yes they do a copy and paste from other sites. The reviews in which are on their site is made up. The company has the ability to go on the site and write their own reviews posing as a satisfied client when in reality they reviewed themselves. They are apart of why people of our color do seldom trust to purchase anything from another of their own skin color. You won't do well in this life. What comes around goes around.

THE PICTURES ON THE SITE ARE EXTREMELY DECEITFUL! IT'S CLEAR THAT THEY PAY YOUTUBERS TO SHOW A GOOD PRODUCT, BECAUSE THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED WERE NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. THEY WERE HAVING A SALE, SO I ORDERED 5 WIGS. I ORDERED ON 2/24 AND RECEIVED THEM TODAY 3/12. NOW WHEN MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED, ALL OF THE IMAGES NEXT TO THE DESCRIPTION WERE ERASED AND EVEN IF YOU CLICK ON THE DESCRIPTION FROM THE ORDERS TAB IT WILL NOT TAKE YOU TO THE PAGE. THE WIGS I ORDERED WERE SUPPOSED TO BE LACE FRONT AND 360 FRONTAL WIGS. NONE OF THEM WERE!!!! THE PART ON THE WIGS LOOK LIKE A CHEAP COSTUME WIG PART. THE WIGS THAT I ORDERED THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE COLORED ACTUALLY CAME AND WERE BLACK. LUCKILY I PAID A REALLY CHEAP PRICE FOR THESE, BUT IT STILL SUCKS TO BE DECEIVED LIKE THAT. THE WIGS ARE NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THINKING YOU'RE GETTING SOMETHING GOOD. YOU'RE BETTER OFF BUYING FROM THE BEAUTY SUPPLY THAN GETTING THESE BAD WIGS.

This company is Fraudulently stating that the hair quality is good . I purchased a few 360 Lace Brazilian frontal wigs/ Human hair ... which they advertised them as being (human hair) With supposed to have pre plucked baby hair etc. well when I received the hair it was not human hair it’s is synthetic blend and the wigs it self are not wigs that will fit any average human head it didn’t have a lace frontal and it a plastic liner Inside and hard and not flexible with no adjustable straps and it don’t look or feel like a wig cap . If tried to wear this wig a persons head will be irritated with that product. These wigs look like wigs for kids to play with on baby dolls and it didn’t even fit in my manikin head. I tired contacting them thru email that they instruct you to do first no response and the response was at the beginning before ordering that one of their personal with contact you .... I have also tried calling them back from the number and it’s not a valid number and I had researched the company before placing an order I thought it was legit because it was someone responding thru the email about my questions and I was called and texted messaged about the order that before the order come . Buyers be very careful because they have not refunded my money nor responded back thru text messages . I contacted PayPal as well. And when or if u risk ordering just know that they are not trustworthy and I will never order Ever again and take that lost from CiCi wigs ..... Real Less Learned .. trying to find a vender.
