The wigs I've received look nothing like what I've ordered. Such a disappointment!
I've bought 3 and I've got 2 free, and they all look trash!
I've wrote a review on their website telling how terrible the wigs are, but they did not posted! The reviews on their website seems to be fake!

Such a SCAM. I ordered three wigs 2 for me and 1 for my mom they look like costume wigs very cheap n did not look nothing like what I ordered. Stay clear they are a SCAM. I should’ve know better when it was buy 2 get one free. That will be the first and last $57 they get out of me PLEASE STAY CLEAR AWAY FRFR

Most offel product I've ordered in a long time. You can't even put the wig on. Such a scam! Such a ripoff and split ends!

This is ridiculous i known it was to good to be true i should have looked upon the reviews and did some more research before i ordered but know i didn't and they scammed me out of 250 dollars and don't even answer e-mails everything about them is fake im going to report and sue the hell out of whomever y'all assess are .....

Don't waste your time or money! Buyer Beware! I wanted to give this company a try and I ordered 4 different styled wigs and received 3 of the same style. Wigs did not look like the picture or even same style. It is a RIP off! Paid extra for thickness and fullness and was delivered thin wigs. They do not respond to emails and could not get money back.
Save yourself from disappointment!

Hello I am letting everyone know"DO NOT BUY" anything from this company!!!! I am a owner of a professional hair salon owner and I was trying this site out for my clients and this site is not good at all it took a month to received her hair and what they sent was not what she order or even look like the pictures when trying to return items i kept getting the run around i still have not heard back from this company and its been a month since i send her stuff back nor have the return the money. I have report them to the better business place because this site is taking people money and not returning any email, text or phone call when you reach out to them to asked from your money back or to see if the product your order is at. In my opinion do not it no matter good the sale sounds. Stay away from this site don't purchased from it at all.

I really which I had read the reviews on these wigs, because it's nothing like the pictures on the website. I will be reaching out to the better business company so, that an investigation can help these people from ripped off people. Terrible business.

I just wanted to say that I did not look at reviews before I ordered from this company hopefully other people will look at reviews for companies before they order after I looked online I saw that this was a total scam it took about three weeks for me to get the hair and I'm now fighting with them to get my money back if not I'll go through PayPal luckily I use PayPal so they have a thing to wear if it's not what as described they will hopefully send me my money back total scam don't buy and I wish I'd like I said I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered are they sent me a wig that look like it was for Halloween costume it looked fake it was not front Lace it was just horrible if I can leave pictures I will do that

Very very disappointed with this “business”. They are a huge scam. I did not receive what I ordered. The wigs that were sent to me did not even come close to what I paid for. Their products are cheaply thrown together. Not human hair like advertised. Not lace fronts like advertised. Not 200% density. Nothing about their advertising is accurate. The website offers bogo deals and they do not honor them. When reaching out to customer service, they completely ignored and disregarded me. This company needs to be shut down. False advertising and bait and switch operations.

Ordered 4 wigs got 4 wigs, the only problem... the wigs were not what I ordered. I requested a refund and they offered me 10%. I refused and they offered 20%. I took the problem to PayPal. PayPal said I can have a full refund if I pay to send the wigs back. Which is about $20, so I am out half my money for their false advertisement. They sent me an email that states "the wigs on the website are not necessarily what they have in stock" This is called switch and bait, which is actually illegal in the US and PayPal will NOT stand by their claim to a full refund. Save your money and some aggravation, don't shop here!
UPDATE: PayPal refused to refund me my money even though I shipped the items back. Fist they said it was because I did'nt ship it, so I sent them the bill and customs order. Then they said it was because it wasn't delivered. They stated that I had to go to USPS to get proof that it was. So I did , I sent them the document USPS printed for me showing it was delivered. Then PayPal said oh we don't accept letters from USPS, we only go by what their website shows. Which shows in transit and they cant get it updated.

Company is definitely a scam. Originally their wigs were around $200 and up and they had a “special sale” going on. So I bought the 2 for 3. Wigs are not human and not even mixed. Now on their website it shows that the wigs original prices are $50 and a little up. DO NOT BUY!

I join the group of people that got scammed by this horrible chinese company. I thought Paypal will protect my right but boy! Was I wrong! Anyway, I have 4 very useless pieces of wigs with me and the hair, definately not human hair......Until the world chun anything made from China, we will continue to live with fake, substandard products and brazen acts of fraudsters.

I recently ordered four wigs from the CiCi web-site. I waited approximately four weeks to receive these units and once I did there was nothing contained in the package that I had requested and paid for. The only thing that was accurate in the order was the quantity. The package included two identical blond bobbed wigs and two others that were even worse. The colors weren't even correct. Total and complete false advertisement. There was not one lace front wig in the package. There was also no invoice, packaging slip or anything to describes the contents of which was ordered or even what was included. Each wig was in a clear individual bag with no care instruction or what materials they were made of. I don't know if it is human, dog, rat or anything else. This is surely a testament to the fact that if it seems too good to be true then most likely it is. Please don't waste your time, effort or money on this web-site. It is truly nonsense and I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

This is clearly a scam. False advertising, false representation and just flat out STEALING MY MONEY. This order was suppose to consist of two lace front wigs. I have never in my life purchased an online wig, and received a product that was totally different than that which was advertised. I received two wigs with a plastic part down the middle. The part is made from a plastic material similar to the plastic that you would find on the head of a doll. No lace front anywhere. The hair follicles are glued onto this piece of plastic. I am beyond furious. What a piece of ____. These people need to be imprisoned, because what they are doing is no different than robbing a bank or stealing money out of someone's hand. WHAT A SCAM. And the sad part is that they have no moral compass, and are probably reading this and laughing. I have learned my lesson; which is to stick with what you know. Use only reputable online sites, and READ THE REVIEWS OF COMPANIES BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THEM.

The wig you sent me is a piece of garbage would not wear to a garbage party first and last time ordering from here I'm sending your so called Brazilian water wave none 360 none lace front wig back for a refund thank you guys bye.

These wigs are fake and they have several sites with the same pictures. They never responded to email, nor send confirmation emails you payed for them. I'm reporting them to BBB, FTC and anybody else!! Google needs to take this scam down!! They have another site too its fake Noora wig.com, cici wigs.com , and others with all the same photos. I ordered buy 2 get one free! Should have known is was a scam. I got no lace front and thin as paper. These are cap wigs!!!! I wouldn't wear this garbage on Halloween!!! Its plastic hair not even synthetic!! Demonic STANKY BREATH BUMS!! stealing and somebody needs to take down their websites in the US!!! Never order anything that is not coming from the USA!! Scam Scam Scam!!!! And took forever to come!! They llok like baby doll hair my daughters played with, and the reviews on the website is fake as hell!!! I wouldn't give these punks 1 damn star!!!!! Bad service. False advertisement. The wigs aren’t human hair. It’s synthetic hair. No lace, No 360 No frontal just bad bad bad the worst ever. Don’t get tricked by the photos. Those photos ain’t what your going to get.

It was supposed to be Brazilian water wave instead it came half straight have body wave .. I want a refund , I already contacted you all twice .
