I saw what I thought was a great deal on youtube from Ciciwigs but boy was I wrong. Finally, received my order today after it took almost 4 weeks to arrive and all 3 wigs differ from what I chose. None of the Wigs are lace front, it's not human hair and the colors are all wrong. I never seen super shiny human hair, not even on cheaper Wigs I've purchased in the past. Their products are horrible, shipping takes way too long and customer service is next to non existent. This company should be ashamed, scamming ppl out of their hard earn money for a crappy product. I will be reporting this to the BBB and see if they have any luck reaching out to this company about what they're doing to consumers.

This are the same liars, crooks, thieves on Instagram they keep changing there name. On Instagram it was hwinstore. I have seen five names changes. Google how to stop a online scam company who keeps changing their name. IG did nothing they never ask me what happen just took it off my page. But it pop up again under other name. WE MUST STOP THEM

I been scammed i am still fighting for my refund !!! cici wigs had the audacity to offer 5% back not only that they acknowledge that they are selling bad wigs i am looking to sue for false advertising and you lady’s should as well this is ridiculous!!!

Shipping took a month. Product was not what I ordered. and they don't know what front lace wigs are I suppose. The worst service ever received online.

It's sad I had to give them a star to talk about these so called wigs I got. When did lace front become rubbery? You do better going to goodwill and buying a used wig from them. It's sad how low people will go to steal hard working people money. I work at parkland hospital every day taking care of the Covid 19 patients and all I wanted was something nice for when I'm able to have some what of a normal life and this is what I get. Wow🙄

These wigs are awful. The hair shed, they are not lace front. Mine smelled like dirty hair. It took me 3 months to get my money back through pay pal. They sent me the same Wig for two different ones. I wanted to send it back, but why would I waste my own money to send it back. They don't pay for it to be returned. These people are a big SCAM!!!! Don't waste your time. I been trying to get pay pal to stop working with them. Its that bad!🤦🏽👎🏽ui

I’m glad I read before ordering. I’m pretty insightful. I notice on their website about receiving bad publicity that’s not true; that was a red flag! I search to see if there were any reviews about their wigs and “Wala!” Here it is. I’m finding that when you order from Asian vendors, buyer be aware! Can’t be trusted! Will sale you anything for a dollar. You really don’t know what your getting. Amazon and Ebay do not have the best wig vendors either all from China. With the Corona Virus originating from there I would be very careful about purchasing there. With what’s going on I can’t get to my hair stylist therefore I’m forced to buy a wig from someplace I’d rather not! I will say that Amazon and EBay will post reviews from buyers so you can get some information about services and quality. Truly need more Black vendors selling our own hair.

If you are going to purchase go through PayPal or a trusted site that will guarantee your money back!

Scam site. They offer products they don’t have for a good price and send you merchandise that is poor quality, and doesn’t resemble at all what they advertise. There products come from California, but in order to get a refund you have to send it to China at your own cost. Then once it gets there they make up a story that the products aren’t in original shPe and now have the merchandise and they have your money. Worst experience ever. Take my word for it DONT ORDER from this site!!!

Online Scam... You think wig prices are too good to be true; wig styles copied from other sites. Once money paid, they will not send what is ordered. There is no legitimate return address. Will not refund but offer 5 per cent back. Continue to ignore & PayPal stands by this Scam of a business.

Seeing all these reviews I should have read them before I ordered my wigs even though I ordered on April 28th and suppose to receive my order May 7th , I don't see that happening. I already emailed them because my order still showing unfulfilled I bought a total of seven wigs and after reading other people's review I'm pretty sure that I will have the same type of wigs. Bad sellers.

The site was running a sale so I ordered on April 17th 2020 it is now May 5th 2020 when I made my purchase I was promised that my order would be in no later than April 26th 2020 I noticed that for two weeks my order was unfulfilled and I begin sending emails to the site they emailed me back a fake tracking number that's not giving me anything it's not showing that the package is being delivered is just showing that the package was created a label but the package is not moving it's not being delivered when the people from the site contacted me showed me in an email a list that the delivery is moving but when I put the delivery tracking number in 17tracking.com it's not showing me the same thing got the package is moving and being delivered so I sent numerous complaints to them and I'm not getting nothing my money back nothing please do not order from the site they are fake they are not real and they stole my money and now I really don't want to order wigs offline because of this is ridiculous to steal from people somebody needs to do something the business business bureau needs to take he to these reviews I'm going to contact them my on my own because I want my money back.

They false advertise and bait and switch. I ordered 4 lace front human hair wigs. I received 4 of the same non lace synthetic wigs. I opened a dispute with PayPal. The seller said what they show on their website isn't what you get.
That's again the law. The seller offered a 10% refund, I refused. I asked the seller to send me a prepaid return shipping label. The seller sent a return mailing address for me to return at my expense. . Go not trust seller.

They don’t even deserve 1 star but I had to add a star to even write this review. They are a scam and it cost more to return the fake wigs than you purchased them.

I asked for a refund because they did not send the Wigs out to me then like 3 weeks later I open the package I seen those was not the wigs that I ordered I did not try the wigs on I did not take them out the bag not one of them I just want my refund as soon as I seen them wigs I was in contact with them and then they stopped contacting me after sending me the same statement out about my information that they needed and now that I sent the information email to them showing that this is what ya'll said y'all was going to agree to a 10% refund or you trying to decide I have not heard from them at all no more

I bought 2 wigs and got 1 free, one 360 lace, and the others were lace front, but both human hair. I received plastic, no lace on the entire wig, garbage! After 3 emails that were ignored and days of trying to reach them on a phone number that didn't work, I contacted PayPal since I paid through them. Cici Wigs then started emailing at my personal email address saying they'd give a 5% refund and I could keep the hair. They admitted that their products are different than advertised. When I told them how stealing pics from real wig sites, advertising them as their own, not sending what they advertised was illegal they offered 10% and to keep the wigs. After about 4 emails they offered 20% and keeping the wigs. What part of I CAN'T USE THIS can't they comprehend? Now that I won't take their 20% and keep the plastic hair they want me to ship the hair to CHINA and PAY for the shipping, which is far more than I paid for the hair. The shipment came from New Jersey and their own site states that you should return to a New York address. Why am I being made to ship to another country? Stay away from these scammers!

Most horrible wig I've seen in my life. Nothing like pictures and NOT HUMAN HAIR.lies lies lies.

I ordered wigs on April 2nd and I still haven't received my order yet. How do I get in touch with cici wigs? I'm very upset and want my money back.

They are selling wigs that are not good quality. Customer service is bad takes 3 weeks to return email n when you reply another 2 weeks. Awful sellers.
