i just ordered in i was reading comments on how bad this company is i want to know how can i get my money back

If I could give them a 0 I would I order 4 different wigs and they send me my 4 wig but it was2 of the same wigs and they were awful .and one was supposed to be a lace front wasn't so . please do not order from this site the wigs are for a low price and u get what u pay for a lesson learned .So beware

This company should not get any stars! They are scammers. They stole $127 from me. They never sent any merchandise. They never responded to my emails. They do not have a phone number or address. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE SITE!
PayPal does not help you.

😂 Haha I knew it! This website and everything was a scam from the get go, and I ordered from them before I found out them being a scam from the lack of customer support, fake location address, and names. We definitely have to be careful of strange sites that advertise high quality showings when really it's low quality of junk. I rather had spent $500 to buy an expensive full lace with an accurate website.

Fake do not order. I repeat do not order. I wish I can get my money back but is not worth the hassle

I totally agree ordered 3 wigs still haven't got them they have no contact information and they never answer there email I'm reporting them I will get my money back DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

I ordered 4 lace front wigs, Atleast I thought I did. I recieved my wigs a month later they look costume wigs and not lace front. Plus non of the wigs I ordered. Like fr fr......smh CICI WIGS.COM IS THE WORST.

I got nothing I ordered, no lace fronts, they look so old, I ordered all curly wigs and got all straight wigs I’m getting my money back and I hop everybody’s Else is getting their money Back. I called my card and let them know about the fraud so their investigating them and getting my money back

I ordered three wigs from here and it has been over a month and I still haven't received them now that I'm reading all the reviews I probably shouldn't have never even ordered from here this is ridiculous and it's very unacceptable and there isn't even a number to call like wow I am extremely pissed there's no way it should take this long for no wigs to come and then I literally just called their customer number that was shown from another reviewer and he told me that he will call me back in 5 minutes are you serious

I recently purchased a 360 wig from this company! This is false advertising and they need to be shut down. I am going to report them to the BBB because they have chosen not to respond to countless emails and selling fraudulent merchandise! All I wanted was a refund but, this company refuses to communicate with anyone!

Its been over a month I tried reaching out to the company by email 5 times no response no wigs no money they got the wrong sister this time if they not shut down they will be.....Please stay away from this company but a review everywhere ladies they cant fo this punk assses they only got the 1 star so I could write the review

I ordered 2 human hair lacefront wigs. It took over a month to receive them and there was little to no tracking information. For over 2 weeks all the tracking number would tell me is that FedEx had received the label and it will notify me when it started moving. When they finally arrived they were NOT lacefront and they were NOT human hair. They weren't even the right color!!! Absolutely do NOT order from them! Nearly impossible to get in touch with them! When I emailed them about my tracking THREE TIMES, they just repeatedly sent me a tracking number. The worst part is its not what I ordered! At the very least give me what I ordered!

I ordered 3 wigs . What I recieved wasn't what I exactly ordered. They weren't lace front or 360. But I guess you get what you pay for . They weren't bad, they are very soft but also no body . It took over a month to recieve and very hard to get a response from them. They should just be honest about the wigs they sell, their is a market for them but I gave 1 star cause they are deceiving people into buying something they will not ger

This website is a total scam. The wigs I order looked nothing like the picture. The hair is horrible and is poorly made. The seller even admitted that the item is not exactly like the pictures. They are stealing pictures and reviews to make it seem like their products are worth buying. Trying to get a refund and only offering me $7.40 From the seller themselves “ There is a little difference between ads and the real product.We don’t have the totally same product”

Brought 3 wigs from here ! BAD BAD BAD QUALITY ! Never again it wasn’t even what I ordered one was supposed to be red this crap is gray this website is a scam why lie to people 65 dollars gone to waste . I’ll never order from this trashy site again it’s not even real hair !!! Come on y’all should be ashamed of yourselfs .

I order 3 wigs from this a horrible site I made sure I wanted extra thick and they was extra thin you see the cap and it's nothing like the picture..... they sent me a full brown wig which it was suppose to be black and brown and the hair sheds... 1 of the wigs is 2 different hairs.. they don't not respond to emails I have been trying to get a hold of somebody this is really unacceptable

Zero stars. Total Bait and switch. The one time I don't read reviews is the time I get scammed. These wigs are complete trash! It's like Barbie doll hair, well, it is Barbie doll hair and definitely NOT human hair or lace front. All the reviews on their website are totally fake. I left a review on and it was not posted. $56 wasted!

Do Not order from these coach roaches. They are a scam entity and in most cases have no intention on sending you anything at all & provide fake tracking numbers to appease Paypal. In addition to this idiocracy, if you do get this trash it will be plastic party city / costume wigs, guaranteed. It’s happened to hundreds of women of color. Best bet is to go through Paypal to to hope for a refund because their site as of the last seven days since I’ve encounter these fools is now not “suddenly” loading or if we’re so lucky,is shut down. But be aware they operate under many assumed names across Amazon, Ebay and other bogus websites online, so check, check and recheck before buying. Read reviews, watch You Tube reviews& Google them. In a PayPal escalated claim this entire weeks & a half. trying to get my money back for 6 wigs. Keep your money and visit a bonified website like Sams Beauty or Beauty of New York or even Amazon ( Read reviews Amazon be having some bad reviews there too) where at least they will guarantee the quality for human or synthetic and aren’t thirsty for a dollar enough to scam hard working women out of your coins...
