I ordered my wigs in April and finally received them last week. Unsatisfactory, terrible quality and no match to what I ordered. Completely wrong! Don’t waste your money!!

I was personally so disappointed with the 3 so called wigs I bought. I purchased them in May 2020 and finally received them yesterday 7/17/20. I tried all 3 on and NOT one was to my satisfaction. All were too small, styles did not match what i bought.
If you have a very small head like ELMO, then this might work for you.

And don't even try to get your money back - J-O-K-E !!!

Buyer beware!!! This is a scam company as you will read if you read the reviews and I just want to say that PayPal can read their own complaints against this company but still works with them and sides in their favor. PayPal's Protection Plan isn't worth crap! These wigs are not human hair as we know human hair wigs. Colors are unnatural and do not match their pictures. Styles do not match the wigs they send you (ie if you order one with bangs, they send one with a part in the middle. Forget trying to get your money back. They offered me a 15% refund to keep the wigs. I'm 70 and don't do Halloween parties anymore(all their wigs are good for). They give a website and US phone number that doesn't work. The return address on the wig package was a New Jersey address but they said I have to pay to return then TO CHINA!!! And PayPal backed them up. So I will lose the $ I spent/supposedly 100% refundable on my purchase. I'm not paying to send these things to China when I got them from New Jersey!!! And they also took almost 2 months to fill my order. I will NEVER do business with Cici Wigs again or PayPal.

I purchased on may 23. 2020 . Took my money and haven’t heard from.they speak honor what among thieves.i don’t even want the crap.i just want my money back they are out of shangdo China. Not Manhattan. Please be careful they are sending fake wigs.and yes being honest I sent back and now they won’t respond. I just want my money back.

Cici wigs is a scam scam scam please nobody should by any wig from them I ordered 2 sets of wigs Curly Wavey wigs it took almost three weeks to come, when it came it was a long ugly wig that is so awful I couldn't even think about putting it on my head. I called with a # that I found as their # a lady picked up I said is this not cici wigs but wigs.com. I was totally confused I asked which business is this? She said, wigs .com and started advertising to me. I think something is happening here but Cici wigs on with the time and it looks like they cici wigs abd wigs .com are both scams both of them I feel like it are the same company using two different names. I asked for my refund they refused. They said they will give me 5% of my total refund if I keep the wigs I said I don't want to keep the wigs, cuz that's not what I ordered. I told them. I've already call my credit card company that will fight for me, hopefully. These people are horrible they are taking advantage of customers. Cici wigs is a scam and a fraud I hope somebody will report them to the authorities.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I did not receive the product that I ordered, as I see other customers have had the same experiencee that I did. The website is fradulent, in my opinion. I've just read the ciciwigs website, their Return Policy as well as their Terms of Service sections. These policies are highly questionable. If you are not satisfied with your transactions, report this company to the New York State Division of Consumer Protection, (800) 697-1220. There is a website that you can file a coplaint and if enough consumers complain, we may receive justice. Ciciwigs should not be operating in NYS or in the US using deceptive business practices!

Yes i ordered my wigs in march and just received them today July 7 3 wigs nothing what i ordered all the same wig different colors no front lace and no way to return them do yourself a favor and never ever order from this company it is a scam. I also should have read the reviews before i bought them this is messed up. Wait all this time to be frauded.Calling the better business Bureau

SCAM IN POST FOR RETURN LABEL AND REFUNDS!!!! ALL DO NOT FALL FOR THE POST THAT SAY THEY MANAGED TO GET A RETURN LABEL AND REFUND FOR WIGS. THE ONES WHERE THE PHONE NUMBER IS SPELLED OUT!! I CALLED IT TODAY AND A GUY WANTED ME TO DOWNLOAD SOMETHING ON MY COMPUTER. IT IS A SCAM, DON'T LET THEM HACK YOUR COMPUTER. CICI WIG IS ALSO A SCAM BTW, ORDERING LACE FRONT WIGS AND GET CHEAP COSTUME WIGS.

I ordered six wigs on April 26th I did not receive my wigs until June 25th okay we all know there is a pandemic so I understand. What I don't understand is it all the wigs were the exact same except color, they were supposed to be lace front wigs and none of them were lace front wigs, and also none of the wigs wear the wig that I ordered. I suggest that no one orders from Cici wigs ever and I'm upset with myself for not roof reading the reviews before I order. I have sixwigs that I'm not currently wearing it will never wear

Do not order from Cici wigs these people are scammers I ordered six wigs, I had to wait a month and a half to receive them and when I got them they looked nothing like the photos on their website these wigs look like they came from Party City Halloween costumes wigs...scam, scam, scam and when you try to get a return address they give you a fake return address somewhere in Japan... these people are nothing but thieves they take your money send you crappy worthless merchandise

DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure this company is an over see's joke! It took a month to get my wig, after receiving the wig, it was totally wrong. A blonde Halloween custom wig that children wear. The venders email me back and told me to be patient. I decide to learn from my mistake, trashed the wig, and set out to warn all my friends and family to stay clear of this horrible company.

This company is a scam. I ordered 8 wigs from them and they were not as the pictures. They were like costume wigs without any lace. I would not recommend them to my dog.

When I tell yaw this site is a scam. Finally got these dam wigs..after a month...A hot dam mess thin as hell with no lace. These people need to be shut down.. Scammers these wigs look like a dead cat. They are wrong for this..

Cici wigs is a fraud. I order a brown curly human hair dread lock style wig. It took an entire month before my order arrived. When I opened my package I was shocked to see this cheap long blonde wig. I immediately sent emails for a full refund almost a month later they want to offer me 10% partial refund and I keep this wig I didn’t purchase! If you read this message don’t buy anything from them they just want your money!

O rating. 3 wigs for the special. All plastic barbie hair. I don't know where they find the reviews posted on their site but mine were all horrible!!! Wasted money.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I waited a month and a half to receive doll baby hair. It’s the worse I’ve ever seen. None of the wigs I ordered look like the picture. Im going to try to upload the pictures. PLEASE DON’T ORDER a comb from this place.. a ripoff!!!
