This company is horrible. They send you the wrong wigs and will not refund your money. After contacting them they offered a refund, but wanted me to pay to sent it back. What a joke and a rip off.

Sent a totally different wig than the one I ordered with synthetic hair instead of human hair. It was supposed to be lace front and it wasn’t. Tried to make me pay for shipping to send it back. I still haven’t gotten a refund. They should be shut down.

I reported this website everywhere and reported it to shopify there website platform. They dont sell what they advertise. I dont understand why this website hasn't been taking down. They are scam

DO NOT EVEN TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK NOT EVEN THROUGH PAYPAL. PAYPAL IS NO HELP AT ALL, AS MANY COMPLAINTS AS THEY GET ABOUT THIS COMPANY THEY ARE STILL WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY DO NOT HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL. PAYPAL IS JUST GOING TO SIDE WITH THEM. NOBODY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING ESPECIALLY SINCE IT WAS SHIPPED FROM NEW JERSEY AND NOT CHINA! PAYPAL DOES NOT HELP!

Horrible wigs. Horrible policy. I have ordered 10 wigs from this company and I will see you at all Of them late. When I Opened the packages I noticed that none of them matched the description that was on the website and the hair quality was horrible. Most of the had the same product number on the bags meaning they were the same wig and the wrong wig style also. I ordered a variety of lace front wigs to 360 lace wigs none of them were lace. I contacted customer service the day of receiving the items and explained my issue they told me that I could send it back but I will be responsible for shipping. I don’t know about you but I feel as though if a copy send you out the wrong items or falsely described items they should be responsible for their own shipping back. Not only did they want me to ship that I was back I live in the
United States and they told me to ship it back to a China address but when I looked up their return policy their return policy stated that our return items should be returned to their New York address.Through this experience I feel as though the company plays with people products and money and do not take any responsibility as far as shipping when it comes to their mistakes. I am still fighting for a return label. Please save yourself and do not order from Cici wigs.

This fraudulent company deserves a 0 rating. I ordered 6 wigs and received 6 totally different inferior items. They were NOT human hair. I was not asked if I wanted substitutes, they just sent them. I didn't even order any white ones, but I received a white one. These Halloween costume quality wigs were shipped from the United States, yet they require return shipments be mailed to China costing $30 to $40 in order to get a full refund. What a rip-off! They write their own reviews. I noticed that they are identical on many of the items only after I had placed my order. I paid via PayPal and they are not being supportive. I am going to close my accounts with them. If f I am not going to receive support when I have been defrauded, I don't need to patronize your business.

This company is a COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! They don't send you the right product because they don't advertise the same product. I don't think they even know what lace front means? The refund policy is a complete joke! They make you pay for there mistakes! SCAM SCAM! Don't fall for it!

Why isnt zero stars an option? I ordered three different wigs a few weeks ago. When I recieved them, they were all the same and none of the styles I requested. Not even lace! Terrible cheap wigs! It was shipped from new Jersey but when I emailed their customer support, they only wanted to refund 10 to 15 percent of my total or I ship it China. Why tf would I ship it to China when it came from New Jersey!? This site is a complete scam. DO NOT order from here. If theyve done the same to you, go through PayPal or your bank for a refund because you will get no where with the "company". How this website is even still allowed to sell merchandise is baffling to me.

I brought 3. Of your wigs i never reached 3 months ago when will i send my wigs are my money back

First of all i would like to say that i ordered 3 wigs 4 days ago and still have yet to get a tracking number. SECOND i got the number off of this page to call to get my refund before they even send that sh0*t to me and when i called a chinese man answered the phone and told me he was giving me my money back today. He had me go onto my laptop and download this app on my computer, pull up another tab and put in my email, pull up another tab and pull up my paypal. ME being the dumbass i am did everthing he told me to to and the my screen went black and he was controlling everything on my screen!!!! So while my screen was black he was asking for my card number and address so he could "refund" me back my money and i get a text from my companies fraud department and this mf was SHOPPING WITH MY MONEY. he went onto target, walmart, and amazon and tried to spend over $400 worth of sh*0t. HE TRIED IT. DO NOT CALL 607-214-3005 TO GET YOUR REFUND. they will f*0*k your sh*0t up. now i have to worry about my computer being bugged by them.

They ( CICi wig ) put a fake adress in NY and they are in China ,they send wrong item just to sale anything because they don’t have what I ordered and never refund my money and they did i this to a lot of Costomers they put there reviews in face book I don’t recommend to anyone to buy anything from them

I ordered a real human hair Brazilian body wave wig and I received a synthetic wig. It looks and feels like a costume wig. I don’t have money to be wasting. I want my full refund back for the price of the wig and the shipping. This makes no sense at all. Y’all are really ripping people off.

I got my order today. It looks like doll hair. It not human hair! Its supper shinny and it so FAKE! It not even horse hair..its nylon. DO not but any wigs from them.

I thought I was getting a deal because they had "95% off TODAY ONLY" plus buy 2 get 1 free. They have had that up everyday for the past 3 weeks I've checked. Their reviews on their site is fake many of them repeating same pics with different reviews and names. I guess that is to lure in victims. The wigs I got were plastic hair, no lace in sight and about 7 tracks per wig. Looked like horrible costume wigs. I'm so angry! I'm fighting to get my money back!! Run away there are legit online dealers they are not one.

The wig is trash its a not a lace front the quality is poor it's not human hair.
That is false advertisement you guys could be sued for that b*******..
