This company does not deserve one star. I ordered three wigs, different styles. They sent me the same three wigs in different lengths. Do not order wigs from this company. If the offer is too good to be true, it is. Just because it comes from Japan doesn't mean the cost is less. I used PayPal to make sure if the deal went sour, I would get my money back. Let's see what PayPal do. If I do not get a full refund, I am discontinuing my relationship with PayPal as well.

Just received my wigs and guess what, not at all what is advertised. No lace no where. PLEASE SHUT THIS SITE DOWN!!!!!!

I really wish I'd seen the reviews before I'd bought them. Bought two wigs on their BOGOF deal, the wigs on their insta ad's are advertised as lace-front and the images it shows you on the site appear so as well, but they've just arrived and they are probably the worst wigs I've ever bought, a complete waste of money. They aren't lace-front, they aren't even remotely natural looking, I couldn't even wear them for a Halloween costume as it'd be obvious I didn't have the hair underneath. The company seem to be scamming people who are just looking for an affordable wig and judging by the other reviews here, it doesn't look like I'll be getting my money back.

I got a cheap costume wig that looks awful when I paid for what I thought was a lace front based on the picture and video advertised. When I emailed them they blamed me for the error, saying I didn't order a lace front one and should have read the fine print. They're not going to accept that they're false advertising - do not buy from them, you will not get what you ordered and they will not refund you. It wasn't cheap either or I could understand the bad quality. The video and picture showed a wig that can be parted any way and looked so natural and soft, the reality is not so nice. The email customer service is fairly rude and dismissive too. Buyer beware...

I placed an order for 3 wigs, get 3 for free for 124$, i soon realized that it was a scam company and 2 days later I emailed them and asked them to cancel my order and return me the money, i got an answer saying that the package was already shipped (no Tracking number though), so i wrote them again and suddenly i got a Tracking number...
I have now contacted my bank and they will look into my case and try to get my money back...
I will also contact Shopify and report the company...

Most discusting costumer service! Wigs quality are so bad you even can't waerit. 100% synthetic. Hair are foling down. I ask them to refund my money and they told me that is my mistake because I bought the wigs. 2 weeks we are arguing on the emails. The company are in China 🇨🇳. That's why they are not doing refunds. Please don't buy from them! Discusting wigs and costumer services.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. THE WORST WIGS I HAVE EVER SEEN. DIDN'T EVEN GET THE 2 WIGS I ORDERED BUT THE QUALITY AND EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM WAS DISGUSTING!!!

Today was one of my worst by mail ordered day. I ordered 3 wigs for $50.00. I was excited because of Covid I stopped going to hair dresser. When I received those wigs, none were the ones that I ordered. They sent me 2 wigs of the same wigs ( did not ordered those) and the third one is not even close to the one that I ordered. I will make sure that those people are out of business. Please let all who were scammed report those to better business bureau and all related agencies to shut them down.

I ordered my wigs on Jan 4th and did get them until three weeks later and when they were received they did not look like the pictures. I have reached out multiple times to the email they have on their website and no one has contacted me. I guess I have been scammed. Do not order anything from this company!

Please do not purchase anything from Ciciwigs.com its not worth your money. The hair is synthetic and with no lace regardless of the pictures on their site. Everything is false advisement.

Never received my order. Reading the review I hate I ordered anything from this company. Lesson learned never order anything before you read the reviews. People work hard for their money.

Worst experience ever. The products are the lowest quality EVER. After back and forth trying to get my money I finally agreed to keep the product and receive
a 20 % refund. I have been waiting on this refund
since August 02,2020, and it is now Oct. 23, 2020.
I also through the wigs out because it shed worst
then a dog in summer. RUN from this place.

I was definitely unsatisfied with the products I ordered 4 lace fronts. Well......at least I thought they was, but they were Halloween wigs. I was so mad, then I tried to get my money back and they told me I had to fill out a form and send it back but I didn’t attempt to do that once I started reading other reviews I knew this was a scam. And someone should do something about these people whose taking customers money. Now they’ve changed their website to IceWigs.com trying to scam others. These people got several different sites please look out for the name and background and weird number before ordering

I order these wigs and they were pure clown wigs. I googled how to return the wigs and I returned them immediately.
First let me say the wigs are fake colored string connected to a wig cap. I have never seen anything like it. I emailed them about my refund and they emailed me back saying I should have sent the wigs to china at my expense and send the tracking number. I sent them the tracking number and have emailed them several times. They have blocked my emails. Please do not order anything from them. I have not received a refund. Read other review. Many women have been scammed and they are making lots of money scamming people.

This is a fraudulent company, I ordered five wigs and they look nothing like what there advertising. there supposed to be lace front these are some ugly synthetic wigs they are horrible do not repeat do not order from this company
