Consistent Service Failures Require Immediate Improvement
After 4 years with Chubb, I've experienced consistent delays in service scheduling, prolonged quote turnaround times, and repeated follow-ups needed on orders. While the engineer was professional, I've had to escalate repeatedly to management for basic responses. This service level is unacceptable for a long-term supplier.
