Four business days (plus a weekend!) and they haven't even PROCESSED my order yet.
9 days and no product
9 days and no product. Was told it was out of stock and would get back to me shortly. Is that minutes hours days or weeks shortly.??? Rang repeatedly for 4 days after all online messaging was not replied to, no matter what option. Was put on hold for 20 minutes then automated voice said to busy to answer and hung up. Rang the closest store and they rang them received an immediate email from online saying it was marked urgent and will be out by last night. HAS ONLY JUST BEEN DISPATCHED THIS AFTERNOON. MAKING THE EMAIL A LIE. It will noy arrive till Monday morning 12 days later and if I had not rung a shop I would still be waiting. And immediately after purchase price Increased by $7 !!!!!!!! Have already found 3 cheaper suppliers after their huge price hike that are considerably cheaper.
Shop around peeps. Do not recommend thus lot at all.

Not the cheapest in town despite what they say
Products at Chemist Warehouse often feature inflated RRP$ (Olaplex is the worst example), and often products are the same price elsewhere, and sometimes cheaper. I think when they came into the NZ market products were actually cheaper, but this is no longer the case and this was their strategy all along. A bit like what The Warehouse has done. Also, CW like to remove negative reviews. Not cool.
Purchased a product on line for $23.98
Purchased a product on line for $17.99, $6.00 delivery fee, and GST $3.13. Total= $23.98. Unable to use the product so asked if I could return the product to the store where I live. I only ordered the product online as the store had run out. I was informed that the product had to be returned to the online store and not the store where I live. Now to do that is another $6.00. What a total rip off. Never to make another purchase from chemist warehouse online or in store ever gain.

Disappointing experience at Chemist Warehouse. Purchased a pricey toothbrush misplaced on the shelves, only noticing the error much later due to a smudged receipt with barely legible details. Attempted to return within 3 weeks, but was met with a restrictive 7-day return policy, not mentioned on the receipt and significantly shorter than the standard 30-day in NZ despite the item being unopened. Their inflexibility and disregard for customer satisfaction were quite disheartening. I would advise opting for your local chemist.

Would not give me a refund on a gift set which I purchased as they considered it a fragrance and their guidelines don’t allow it, they never told me that when I purchased it.. only returned after 1 day as my partner had the same fragrance.. feel totally ripped off!

Today I had my private information laid out in front of another customer, who lent over to read them. The staff seemed bored by it all and one laughed when I told them that I had been told to F off. Clearly they are used to it.
The security guard only arrived on the scene once there was nothing to see. Pointless!

DO NOT BUY FROM CHEMIST WAREHOUSE. BUYER BEWARE. Chemist Warehouse are now placing a pre authorization hold on online orders placed with a debit/credit card for the same amount as the original order. So if you order $200 your card will be charged twice with one of the pending charges a hold. They then take 3 working days to clear the hold. Customer service is non existent, they have poorly trained illiterate staff who can only pass things along to the "payment team" and can sort out nothing on their own. BUYER BEWARE this is an unprofessional and borderline illegal trading operation. DO NOT BUY.

Try to contact them due order stuck in processing is impossible Dont deal with this company has worst customer service ever. On advisement in New Zealand if you are sold something at the front door or online you are entitled to change your mind and be refunded anytime under the NZ Consumers Gaurantee Act. This Company will try to tell you they will refund only within 2 hours after the sale. Dont listen too them that is not correct.
Lousy, lousy online service
I placed an order online 6 days ago, received immediate confirmation by email. The tracking provided still shows "..processing order".
Tried ringing the 0800 and after 20 minutes, "Due to high call volume we are unable etc. etc. try again later"
Same thing today. Will NEVER order from them again!

I went to your Porirua store on 29th October between 11.00-11.30 am. When I came out I grabbed a news letter printed copy near your security person. As soon as I took it he asked me the proof of purchase receipt. I showed him what I bought and the receipt knowing it’s a standard thing. Things went bad when he asked me to show my bag. Which was so humiliating. Even after showing him proof of purchase, he asked only me. There were number of other people went out and he didn’t even ask for the receipts. When I complained he said it is company policy. But if it is then why didn’t he check anyone else's bag. Just because I am black doesn’t mean I am a thief. He let go off all the other people without checking their bags. I was the only one who he checked the bag. I need this issue raised because he has been a racist clearly. He didn’t even apologised after that. I came with my family and they all felt humiliated as well. He basically punished me for being black.

As advertised the Stayfree Maternity pad is $3.00 each, but no branches have stock. What is the point to carry out item promotions when you don't have stock. Very misleading to consumers
Epic fail, don't let your customers pay you
Got an email saying 10% off, and was due to order more items, so added items to the cart. Nothing different to before, even in my saved details. Went to checkout and tried to pay. Tried with two different cards, and online banking option, each time it told me my payment had not happened. Tried ringing, on phone for a long time then I got a message saying 'busy, try emailing', and they hung up on me. Emailed and next day got a reply saying website is busy, try again. I did, going in as a new person, not my prefilled details, still could not pay. Luckily there are other online pharmacies.

All I can say is I hate the chemist warehouse henderson, it would be a good store if the people that work there didn't work there, had another horrible experience today with rude Staff, i ended up having a verbal melt down in the shop and everyone probably heard me, left feeling embarrassed and without my inhaler and another important script item, because they refused to give it to me! .ringing my doctor tomorrow and diverting my scripts to a better pharmacy. Haha Byyyyee chemist warehoue today was the final straw I'm done!

I have purchased online and in person multiple times and have always experienced prompt, professional, helpful service. Great prices too. My only issue is that I'm somewhat frustrated that some products I want to purchase online are available in-store only.
Unprofessional and Not Customer Freindly
I Did order few products from chemist warehouse online and one product is missing. They said it has been couriered and when i asked for the proof they send me blurred pictures that is not mentioning the product and receivers name. The Lady name DEVANSHI was so so rude and unfriendly When is spoke to the manager of te rapa branch(as i have no luck with communicating online). His name is EMANUEL and he assured me he will get back to me, but its been a whole week and no help.Useless!

Pity I could not pick -1 for a star. I went into Chemist Warehouse Archers Road Wairau on Saturday 30/9. I wanted a perfume so asked the young salesman he opened the cabinet and I chose the perfume. As he was closing the cabinet a customer approached him and asked to test some perfume. I asked the salesman if I could get my perfume to go and pay for it and he said he would take it to the till. I waited a few minutes and then asked again if I could have the perfume as the customer was still talking to him. He again said to wait - at which point I left the store and do not intend to go back ever.
